Unbelievably, awful experience before I ever even made it in to meet with anyone. Spoke briefly on the phone with the owner who was beyond rude and hung up on me. Called back later in the day to see if I could get someone on the phone other than the owner as I wanted to return the call of the person who originally called me to let them know what happened. The owner answered but pretended to be a regular employee and started defending the owner (herself) to me on the phone. When I let her know I realized who she was, she went really bizarre on me. Started calling me back even after I clearly asked her not to call me again. And then she texted me saying she was starting to feel unsafe? Absolutely bizarre, twilight zone experience. I'd avoid this place like the plague. Don't be fooled by her friends fake reviews. Unstable ownership tends to make for an unstable organization. Feel bad for her employees.

This gym has become my second home. Ive been a member since June 2021, I love coming to class daily and feeling so comfortable, welcomed and supported by all the coaches- shout out to Sarah, Courtney, & Vickie!! F45 will get you in SHAPE, the workouts are new every day and target different areas of the body upper body, lower body, cardio and full body! I’ve personally lost ~110lbs by working out at F45 in combination with my diet. If you are looking for a new gym I would highly recommend! It’s also great for people who are just getting into fitness or don’t know where to start, the workouts are planned out and demoed on the screens so you don’t have to worry about it! The coaches are always great with helping you with your form and give you tips/advice to get the most of your sets (which I really appreciate).

I love how challenging the work outs are and the sense of community! It’s by far one of the best workout programs I’ve been apart of and I’ve tried numerous other gyms and programs!

Hardcore workout with a caring staff! I've done so many different types group workouts from yoga to crossfit and this is where I'll be sticking around.
