There is no AC, the installations and machines are dirty, the soap dispensers don't work, and the manager is rude. I had to attend this gym (PF Chelsea) during the current summer (2024), and I can say that this branch is by far the worst of the franchise. Planet Fitness, my people, and I deserve clean and functional facilities. Please turn on the AC or set it up a little cooler. Thank you, and I hope you take your clients’ opinions into consideration.

Poor administration.. some of the treadmills " to be specific 7" and some of the static bikes are broken, at least for quite a month. the ventilation of the gym is poor, and all the windows are foggy. And the men's restroom is poorly maintained. Two of the sinks don't have soap or even connected to a water line. i post some pictures of it. Really bad 👎 management It's not worth going there Ps... don't bother talking to the manager or person in charge of this facility... he doesn't care and doesn't pay attention to complaints or suggestions

It gets worse every day. I’ve been coming to this location for 18 months because it’s closest to home. I keep hoping things will improve. They don’t. Today, literally half of the treadmills are out of service, several weight machines can’t have weights or seating adjusted because the knobs are missing. Half the faucets in the bathroom sinks are just gone.

I called this gym at Revere earlier today and by phone they said they close at 1pm am today Thursday Nov 28 thanksgiving day so for that reason I decided to go there. Google and the planet fitness page also said that this facility closes at 1 PM Exactly at noon the staff started turning the lights of the entire gym on and off and screaming on the speakers “WE ARE CLOSING, ITS TIME TO GO” the gym was close to full we were so many people working out, I got close to the front desk and asked the staff “why are you closing now? I called earlier and you said it closes at 1pm” and they answer was just “NO, WE ARE CLOSING NOW AT 12” all of us, in the middle of our work out had to rush and go quickly because the staff would not stop screaming “COME ON, ITS TIME TO GO” and literally they forced us te evacuate the facility in less than 5 min as if we were having a fire emergency or something like that!!! I’ve been thinking about switching gyms for a while… this was the sign that tells me it’s time to look for another gym !!

This has to be the worst planet fitness location! I’m used to going to multiple planet fitness because of work. And today, I unfortunately went to the one in chelsea as soon as I walked in, I felt the air. You literally could not breathe. Like take a breath. There is no AC,machines are dirty. There is a lot of group of kids that they go there. They stay in one machine for the whole night doing one workout and when you go and ask how many reps they have left they’re like “oh we are gonna be done in 30 minutes to one hour” The machines are never available! Honestly, if you’re reading this review, before going there . It’s a sign don’t go. Go to another planet fitness.

Carter Park Fitness is a great place to workout and progress as a community. My wife and I signed up while visiting family back in Boston -and the gym is top notch. They have great equipment and free weights and most important they have great instructors and members. We were welcomed by Koki and right away we felt included as part of the team. Whether you’re starting or an avid cross fitter I would recommend this place 10/10. Can’t wait to go back to Boston and work out in this gym again!

I love Carter Park CrossFit! The people, the environment, the vibe. Everything is great. Also the gym is very involved in community development. I am happy I joined here almost a year ago, and looking forward to continue.

If you want to become healthier and fitter, stronger and faster, this is where you should come. Coaches really know their stuff, and will break down movements for any skill level. No matter your age or current fitness level, there is a starting place for everyone here… Thank you Carter Park Team!

I started here 3.5 years ago having never done CrossFit. The owners are incredibly kind and have built a community that uplifts one another. Everyone is welcoming, encouraging, and friendly. Carter Park has changed my life for the better in so many ways: from my mental health, body positivity, overall strength and physical appearance. The coaches are the absolute best, and provide you with real time feedback to keep you safe and help you improve. We have fun community gatherings, running club, and support local fundraisers together. Cannot recommend enough.

I have been at this gym for almost a year and can't say enough good things about this box and the coaches. The community is fantastic - I felt welcome my first class and feel like my 7pm class is becoming a type of second family. I also appreciate the focus the coaches place on form. Before each workout they make sure to go over every movement, which helps to keep these cues in the forefront of my mind during the workouts. I have been a member at other gyms before, but the small classes and close knit community at Carter Park sets it apart from other places.
