Came here using the F45 passport feature. The atmosphere was great! And the coaches made me feel welcomed. Will definitely come back here when I'm visiting the area again.

I have been working out at this F45 location since October! I have loved every minute of it. The coaches are really personable and supportive. They are always able to modify workouts as needed. The classes are of diverse abilities, never intimidating. I have access to an apartment gym but really needed something fast paced and engaging. It changes daily at F45 which is why I love it!

The group fitness classes at F45 has a mix of everything (cardio, strength, resistance, endurance, core, etc) and that is the best part. The west Cary location has great coaches who guide you through every class. I have worked with John, Tory, Bethany, Natalie, Charlie, Max, Ben and everyone are great to work with. It has been an amazing journey and I highly recommend it.

Kelly is one of the best pilates instructors I've ever known! She has such great energy when giving her classes and she always pushes us to overcome our mental limits but respecting our physical limit! She's always ready to give you a new class - you'll never get the same class twice. She's super creative! Really a great professional. Super recommended!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What I like about kelly is that she knows how to motivate me, she makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. I would have no hesitation in recommending her as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals or to take reformer pilates classes. Not having an active workout schedule in the past, Kelly has been a great pilates instructor and almost a physical therapist because she is aware of my prior ankle injuries and adjusts the workout accordingly and supports my training objectives. She is outcome focused, and I have been able to see continual improvement from my sessions, which are run in a relaxed yet supportive environment. She has a bubbly and energetic personality and we always have fun too!

Highly recommend Live Well studio. Lora and her team are very knowledgeable and care about your progress and overall well being. Love the smaller class model and 1-1 sessions that allow for more individual attention and ensure you are using correct form. Since I have started coming here, I have noticed a big difference in my strength and flexibility.

I first saw with Lora for physical therapy sessions in September 2021 when I had an acute lower back injury. Lora took a very thorough history of my lifestyle to better understand the source of the pain. Each 50 minute session was designed to address the issue and to also correct any other issues she noticed related to posture, etc. The home exercises Lora assigned to me were adjusted each week based on my progress and also taught me good habits to incorporate into my everyday life to lessen the likelihood of injuring my lower back again. I felt noticeably better after a few weeks and was soon able to participate in beginner Pilates classes. I highly recommend Lora for physical therapy services.
