Invert Your World is such an amazing place. I love going to really disconnect and unwind from the week. The practice is so relaxing and challenging at the same time. The staff is super friendly and created an amazing community people are so happy to come back to. The recently added recovery room is the icing on the cake… it includes an infrared sauna, red light therapy and a cozy fireside relaxation. They even have eye masks and loose leaf tea to help you relax and unwind. Love this place so much and every friend I brought in to try a class def came back.

This place is unique. Invert Your World is an absolute gem. The instructors are incredibly kind and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere right from the start. What truly sets this studio apart is the unique way the instructors lead their practice. Their choice of words to open and close each class is deeply moving and unlike anything I've ever experienced. As is the way the class builds. The studio offers “hot yoga”, but the temperature is perfectly balanced – it's more like warm yoga. The heat is just enough to help you loosen up without making you feel drenched in sweat. It's an amazing feeling to walk out of class each day feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I only wish I had discovered this place sooner. It has truly transformed my yoga practice and my overall well-being. Highly recommended!

I loved the classes when I attended. Honestly they kicked my butt and helped me grow further than I imagined. Beware of the 60 day cancellation policy as well as them charging you well past 60 days for the membership. Geoff (the owner) and overall staff are good humans, however I do question their ability to provide adequate service in regard to cancellations. I do love their classes and instructors & believe in their abilities. Maybe a pre-paid package might be the best move for you.

“Welcome Home”. I started taking just one class on Sunday mornings, to taking two most Sundays, to taking at least one class a day most days very quickly. In just under a year practicing with Invert I’ve noticed positive changes in not only my practice, but my body and mind as well. My favorite classes are Journey and Sculpt; both have a beautiful balance of effort and ease. This studio, the community it created, and the practice that I was able to rediscover here really helped me through a difficult year and I will forever be grateful. So come do some yoga and make some friends ♥️

Invert Your World has so many offerings- it is truly a studio for everyone. Geoff is constantly changing and adapting to meet the demand of what clients want to see! I love how IYW offers multiple styles of yoga, from yin to yoga sculpt and everywhere in between. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and people from all walks of life can be seen taking classes. I love this studio and highly recommend to anyone ready to try yoga, circuit sculpt, or dance!

I met with Hana twice a week for a 30 minute training session. We work on strength, flexibility, and sometime we get aerobics in there. Hana is not a "one size fits all" trainer. I know when I work with her I will get stronger without getting hurt! Plus it's never the same thing so you're never bored. We have a lot of fun!

My wife and I go here at least 3 times a week when we can. The pool is clean and warm, the classes and instructors are excellent. The gym has everything you need and the trainers are friendly and knowledgeable. Real convenient hours too. I highly recommend.

I've been attending classes for a couple of years now.I was pleased up until a week ago,now I am very disappointed that the owners, known as the Liberty Group, terminated 2 very exceptional teachers! No notice was given ,refused to accept a pay reduction which was offered to the BC.. The teachers were like family,we don't treat family that way. Who will be the next to go?

Wonderful, supportive staff, programs geared towards active older adults 55 plus. Clean, equipment in good order, Los of classes day and evening. My only complaint is that there are virtually no classes on weekends and that they closed at 4 pm on weekends.

The therapeutic pool is wonderful as well as the water aerobic class with Harriet. The staff is friendly and the locker room very clean.

Do NOT sign up for this gym if you are a serious weightlifter/powerlifter (or if you have a medical condition and potentially need your medical devices while in the gym). They just enacted a "no bags in the gym" rule. This wouldn't be that big of an issue if the locker rooms were in the gym itself, but they're not. Also, there aren't enough lockers for everyone who comes in with a bag in the first place - so jokes on them. They don't want bags because of a tripping hazard, but me coming in with a belt, straps, water bottle, squat sneakers, inhaler, etc. and putting them on the floor seems to be the solution - makes sense. It's ironic that they're worried about people tripping over bags and not all the equipment bunched up together by the racks/dumbbells - I've seen people trip over them on a daily basis. But let's be honest, gyms in and of themselves are a safety hazard. One person trips over a bag and now everyone pays for it. There were better solutions to this than banning bags. --

This is a great place to work out. The child watch area is staffed with wonderful people. The kids look forward to playing there while the grown-ups workout
