My kids love the youth classes that they offer such as BJJ and kickboxing. I also enjoy the gym as their guests so we can all get a good workout at the same time. I guess you can say that we get fit as a family. Also the staff is just great and the customers there are also friendly. The plus side to everything is that they offer healthy drinks and food for a good snack after an amazing workout. I have already recommended them to a few friends 🤙🏽

Sat 1/25/25 - Brand new equipment, but the gym has no AC, today. No ventilation in a place that gets hot. It’s uncomfortable to work out at this gym. I don’t recommend if you need feel and smell a clean environment. Without ventilation you can, unfortunately, smell everything and everyone. Very musky.

I have been charged for personal training on and off for over two years. Management, who never took my calls and only relayed information through other employees, said I had a contract for personal training. When I saw the contract it said NOTHING about being locked in AND the signature on the contract wasn’t even mine. If I were in a so called “contract” why was the money taken out of my account randomly throughout the past two years? And was the money taken out of my account after my regular gym membership expired? We are a military family and PCSd a few months after these charges started. The only way I could stop these charges was to cancel my bank card. At the very least I would appreciate a call from management.

It's a great gym but for the membership price, it's a little too crowded. I paid for the premium to not worry about waiting up for machines. Initially, the personnel I talked to said that the gym don't get too crowded. It really doesn't but the thing is, there's so many coaches and the appointments take up space for regular g goers that's just trying to finish our workout routine for the day. I guess, I hope there's some regulations for coaching and such. It's nice to see people trying to get to the gum and start like a fitness cycle of some sort but too much is a little over crowding for regular gym goers like myself.

If you have multiple kids, especially with one under 5 years old, their gym plans aren’t family-friendly if you want a membership. They don’t offer family discounts, and they try to lure you in with discounted plans that don’t work if both parents are working. Only the parent with the membership can drop off and pick up the child at the kids club, and if the other parent tries, they’ll insist that they sign up too. It feels like they’re pressuring parents into memberships when all you really need is the kids club (childcare). I bought a 2-year plan, but it became almost useless because the childcare is only for 2 hours. I signed my older kids up for 2-3 classes, which last 2-3 hours total. But what about me, who’s paying for the membership? I can’t even use it because the youth and adult classes don’t overlap. Youth classes are at 5 and 6 PM, but the adult classes I want to take are at 9 AM or 4 PM. The total time at the gym is around 3-4 hours, but the kids club is only available for 2 hours. I’m paying two paychecks for all of this and can’t even use it properly! On top of that, my husband's work finishes at 5 PM, and I have to go to work at that hour, so we only see each other for 15 minutes a day, five days a week! If you sign up, make sure you speak to someone who understands what it’s like to have kids, not someone single who won’t sympathize with your needs. They only care about sales! We told the person that our priority was our youngest child, but they didn’t understand or care. Now, we’re stuck with a membership I paid for but can’t fully use!
