Best Gyms with Free Wi Fi near Trumbull, Connecticut

I absolutely love and recommend Planet Fitness to everyone! It's my go-to place, whether I'm happy, sad, or anything in between. The staff is so friendly and professional, creating a welcoming environment. I love the tasty protein shakes and the variety. My confidence comes from the gains I’ve made here, and I’ve even started teaching others my routine to help them see the same great weight loss results. It’s the perfect place to work on both physical and mental well-being! Also, everything-including the bathrooms are always clean !!

Today was my first visit to this location and I was thoroughly pleased. This location has a few different cardio machines that my home PF (Fairfield) and frequent location (Derby) don't have. I definitely will be back.

The lady at the front desk was nice, had no questions, smiled, and welcomed us. The place is cozy and clean.

The place is good enough for a good workout. I would stay away from their afternoon hours if you're planning to use the smith machine, a lot of groups tend to hog them. I'd be wary of theft as well during these hours, because you're on your own. If treadmills are your game, they feel basically endless at this gym, no shortage of them.

The place is open from 7am on Monday straight through until 9 pm on Friday, and 7-7 sat sun. So much more convenient than other gyms in the area. Staff are so much nicer and laid back too. Much better equipment than gyms that are 2x as expensive, like LA fitness. Practically perfect. Just wish they had a sauna.
