And let me tell you there are some good looking people that go there and work there! Great trainers and great management! One of the workers named Kylie was a great help when helping me sign up for a membership. She was very knowledgeable and helped me find a plan that fit me best. The gym itself is very well put together and kept clean and nice. All of the staff are very nice and helpful as well. I highly recommend this location!

90% of the time it’s very crowded and you’re going to have to wait to get a station to work out at. I didn’t mind that though, since I always either try to go early morning or late night to avoid the crowd. I eventually started to just started working out at home, and forgot I had the membership, it’s probably been over 7 months since I’ve been actively going, and have been going. That’s cool since it was totally my fault. What I didn’t like was that while I was away they changed their policy, and the only way to cancel the policy is to call a number, and cancel the call center that’s based somewhere, from their accents I’m assuming is in India. If you want to cancel you have to basically pay a cancellation fee before they “allow” you to cancel. And apparently in store they’re just completely unable to help you With canceling at all. I canceled in store before, but they apparently changed the policy. If you don’t like terrible policies like that I recommend finding a local gym instead, and reading over the policies.

I just want to show you how shiny the equipment is. The equipment is so clean and shiny that it looks like a Corvette was prepared for an unveiling at a Chevrolet dealership. Everything is great, better to know that it is not only cleaning, actually they are doing deep detailing on equipment. The management is a young man and this unique beauty that you see is the result of his great management. The staff is very respectful and friendly. They answer questions and always take care of the equipment. You feel like you are the first person to come in at any time of the day because all the equipment is neatly organized, because the staff and the trainer take care of it at all times. And you always have a very friendly trainer who answers all your specialized questions. The atmosphere of the gym is full of positive energy. Your efforts in creating this beauty are very commendable. I appreciate all of you. I hope you always be the best in your life.

This is a big gym. They have more of everything it seems, but no 30 min. dedicated zone. They also have a glute lift machine, and new cyrolounge recovery chairs. The men's showers are double curtained, and only one wheelchair type changing cubicle.

Place is garbage, I personally pay for a planet fitness pass to use the 24hr service locations. I was literally in the parking lot 30 minutes doing homework before going inside to workout, and this lame security guard started harassing me about overnight parking then called the police on me and said the owner of the parking lot wanted me trespassed. Having a 24hr planet fitness property controlled by the owner of the lot literally defeats the purpose of having a 24hr fitness here. They should close this one down.
