I’ve been using Crunch Fitness for a while now, and I have to say that the overall gym experience has been good. However, I’ve had serious concerns about the childcare service, particularly with one staff member. There’s a staff member who has a consistently bad attitude. She doesn't seem well-trained when it comes to working with children. Recently, while peaking through the window I saw her l grab my 1-year-old son Im assuming after he threw a toy or something along those lines. She doesn’t seem to ever redirect his behavior or try to resolve the situation, she seems overwhelmed and doesn’t attempt to communicate or engage with him in a positive way. When I asked about it, there was no effort to address my concerns or offer an explanation. It’s clear that this staff member spends more time holding or playing with other children but doesn’t engage with my son at all. This makes me feel as though he is being treated differently under her care, which is extremely concerning as a parent. That being said, there is another staff member who works in the evenings and she is absolutely wonderful. She’s always pleasant, attentive, and patient with the kids. I’ve never had an issue with her, and I always feel comfortable leaving my child in her care. Unfortunately, because of the inconsistent and concerning behavior of some of the staff, I don’t feel comfortable leaving my children in the childcare area anymore. It's a shame because the gym itself is great, but childcare is a huge part of the experience for parents. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all staff members are properly trained and held to higher standards when it comes to child care

They don't value the safety of their members. I looked for clamps for my barbell for squats. None to be found. I asked for some up front. They told me to look again. I found broken ones and tried to use those. In the process three forty five lb weights came off the bar mid squat. I go tell the front. They told me to look again. I take one more lap before I finally said enough to management. Then he gas lights me with all you had to do was ask (four times, walk for half an hour in circles and almost kill yourself). He then suggests I pay my own money for my own clamps. For a gym I spend thirty bucks a month on. His next best suggestion was cancelling my membership. Finally something we can Agree on

I’ve been a member of this gym for about 2 years. My favorite part of the gym is the sauna, when I’m in training season the sauna is great for recovery. The copious amounts of treadmills is awesome. The staff in the early morning have always been pleasant. I would like to warn people of their cancellation policy. In order to cancel your membership, you are required to sign a cancellation form in person with a manager only. I suggest calling the gym ahead of time to make sure a manager is available in the period of time you are planning to come in. Unfortunately, I came during the hours that they told me that a manger WOULD be available (Monday-Thursday 10am-9pm, Saturday-Sunday 7am-2pm) and there was no available manger for me to complete my cancelation. I specifically got someone to cover for me at work while I took my lunch to go cancel my membership only to be told no one was available and I would have to come back. I wasted an hour of my time and my lunch break (driving to and back from the gym), not including my second trip to the gym later that day. There was no “sorry for the inconvenience” or any accommodation for the inconvenience this situation caused me. I’m leaving a 5 star review in good faith because I never had an issue with the gym or the staff before this situation, but I do wish someone would have at least apologized. I have worked in a client facing industry my whole career and I have dealt with unhappy clients, I understand how it feels, so I hope this 5 star review can influence the gym to form a better cancellation process and help them communicate more clearly with their customers. I still do recommend this gym, I just hope other people have a better experience than I did! :)

Been a member here for over 6 months and one thing I love the most about this community is how supportive everybody are. The member services are very patient and love to help their members feel the most comfortable and supported at the gym. As an ex personal trainer, I love how knowledgeable their Pt’s are and happy to help you anytime they are available! Also love the fact it’s 24/7 Monday to Thursday!

1. Gym is gross. When you pick up dumbbells or a bar, there is a thick layer of grease and sweat. 2. They bill like con artists/scammers. They bumped up my rate without notifying me, and I was paying an extra 7 dollars a month for an upgraded plan that I did not request or desire. This went on for over a year. "It's in the contract." Oh well hundreds of dollars lost to these scumbags. Also, they will charge you an extra fee to cancel your membership, and they will bill you for an extra month after you cancel because "it's in the contract." 3. You can't cancel over the phone or email despite assurances from some of the staff. In fact you can only cancel in person during certain hours of the day. They make you come in person to cancel so the manager can body shame you, tell you about your bad eating habits, and try to make you feel guilty for not coming in to workout. 3. It's extremely crowded. If you come after work you will wait to use basic equipment like a bench or squat rack. 4. The only water fountain in the gym was broken for a year... completely ridiculous. 5. Sauna perpetually broken.

Staff was polite and very helpful, and other patrons minded their own business. It was a nice place to work out. I didn’t use the bathroom while I was there so can’t speak to that. The Black Card area was clean and comfortable. Most weights were on the weight wall. 1 was missing— not sure where it could be… All machines seemed to be in working order. I used a bike and a chess press machine.

I love it here! Great equipment, large variety, never overcrowded, everyone minds their own business, very neat and clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Overall well run, great place to work out or just relax in the massage or hydromassage chairs.

Gym is clean and fine, nice new equipment. But there are a lot of older men that were clearly never taught that it’s impolite to stare at women. Have genuinely experienced this every time I’m there… Not an unsafe feeling… just weird

I love this gym—it’s close by, has plenty of convenient parking, and the equipment selection is solid. Sure, it leans a bit more toward machines than free weights, but hey, cardio fans, you’re in luck—there are more treadmills here than at a marathon starting line! My only gripe? The hot water in the showers is on a space mission—it takes so long to arrive that I’m pretty sure it’s making a round trip to Mars. But hey, I’ve adapted to cold showers post-workout, so I’m calling it an unintended benefit!

I was so excited for them to open but I only go for tanning. There’s most often a wait because there’s only one tanning lay down bed. Crunch fitness has 5. Cranberry planet fitness has 7. I’ll give 5 star once more beds are added. It’s ridiculous. No one likes the stand up ones. Interestingly the robot response is of no value because I did suggest another tanning bed or replace the stand up with a lay down
