Staff is always friendly and encouraging. Facilities are kept clean. Simon was a great instructor for my "Build Your Own" class. He was very helpful and took time to make sure I was using proper form. He listened to what my needs and goals were and offered great suggestions so help work towards them! He is motivating in a gentle way and very helpful.

I advise you and advise everyone not to visit this place and not to register in it. They are stealing people's money. I paid $135 in three months. I practised them. They were withdrawing from the card, my right two payments every month. This is a half, and their fraud is a star. If I could give them less than this, I would give them, they do not deserve the worst place at all. A dirty place.

The location is a little sketchy (which not a huge deal) the dissatisfaction was the bathroom was not clean, no blow dryers, and showers were gross. Shower curtains were needing to be changed out asap! The staff at desk were not very inviting or welcoming (I felt anyways) none the less good work out! Not up to what I would think would be PF standards

This Planet Fitness is probably one of the cleanest establishments I've ever been to in my entire membership with the franchise. Not to mention the staff is always on the go and doing something. They truly understand the saying "if you have time to lean you have time to clean." You don't see anything but assholes and elbows because everybody's scrubbing something. The staff is absolutely lovely. If classes were given in regards to how to run a franchise everyone should take a look at this particular Planet Fitness four guidance. Brandon

I'm a big fan of this planet fitness during the early hours of the morning about 7:00 it starts really picking up and finding anything on the bench it's kind of difficult but again it's a planet fitness. It's awesome The people there are friendly the staff is awesome You don't have any problem with them at all their machines are always up to date and clean every once in a while to be a broken one but I mean what do you expect so I give this one a good review and they're pretty awesome

The gym itself is clean, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere, but it’s people like Steven who truly make it stand out. This gym is the best of all worlds. It's clean, it has free weights, A LOT OF THEM, and a hydro massage and a great community. The only thing that's weird is that if you are a guest you have to give them your ID every time which seems a bit much but otherwise me and my wife love it!

Did the day pass. Beautiful gym, lots of equipment, and multiples of most all machines, dumbbells, squat racks - enough for you to almost never have to wait your turn, I’d say. Very clean and tidy. Staff smiled and greeted me kindly, which is better than other Crunch locations I’ve been to! I didn’t feel crowded like at my other gyms I’ve been at in Nash. Plenty of space. Lots of amenities - lockers, showers, hydro massage, tanning. Lots of different areas too. Signed up today! WOOHOO!! Elijah was very kind and welcoming - he rocks!

This is a good gym. The equipment is maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and they are helpful. The only problem is that some of the members like to smoke weed in the restrooms and they come in smelling like it from outside, all the time and it’s offensive. Smoke the devil’s lettuce and stay home please

This gym is very nice and I really liked the way the staff treated me. The man is Elijah L. He gave us a tour of the gym and was very friendly. I recommend this gym 100%.

I Had A Great Work Out, most people dislike Planet Fitness because of its Smith machines and because they have a lot less equipment compared to other gyms. But, You SURELY can get a great workout at planet fitness with the equipment they provide. So it's a thumbs 👍🏾 up for me.

Me and my husband went to the gym today (we have a black card so we can use the message chairs and bed) after we were done working out we went to ask for coins for the chairs, and they told us the chairs aren’t working because the manger has the keys with him at home, I then asked them to use the beds and they said only one was working and the others aren’t even though there was no one using them. The front desk were rude.

Very large gym with plenty of up to date machines. The front desk employees are very welcoming and friendly?!

It’s fine. Machines are always broken, paper towels are always empty, and it’s super hot in here during the winter. They probably keep it mid 70s. It’s hard to stay in here longer than 20 minutes.

Pick ANY OTHER planet fitness. I went in in August of 2024 to change my membership status from black card to the normal $15/month membership and when I did so, the girl at the front desk didn’t even understand what I was saying when I expressed I pay my membership with a bank account. I was traveling for work and returned in October of 2024 to find out that she has CANCELLED my membership all together. When I addressed this with the manager, he expressed that he was sorry because he has bad employees and the after I had been a member for three years I should just restart a NEW membership with all the fees involved. Start up AND annual fee. After I expressed that wasn’t doable for me he said “ok well no worries. Sorry about that.” GO TO ANOTHER PLANET FITNESS I BEG YOU
