My trainer Carson knows exactly how to customize the workout sessions to meet your specific needs and goals. He is very experienced , kind and makes you feel comfortable. It’s always good to see Kayla’s smile and warm welcome. She is always willing to help with any questions you may have. It’s a great place to get strong and healthy. Come on over.

This is a great place to work out! Kayla is the manager and a personal trainer here and she is just amazing. She really cares about everyone that walks in the door and you can just tell. The place is clean and roomy while still being a small, uncrowded gym. Equipment was just upgraded January 2025 and they’ve got everything you need, plus they offer group classes that provide a quick but full body workout.

I’ve been a member of this gym for a while, and I have to say the place has never been better! Under the new management, cleanliness has become a top priority. The entire gym is spotless—whether it’s the equipment, locker rooms, or the workout areas, everything is always well-maintained. You can really tell they care about creating a healthy and comfortable environment for everyone. Plus, the staff is super friendly and helpful. It’s refreshing to see a gym so well taken care of! They have four trainers Kayla, Carson, Donte, and Tim are all awesome and really make this gym feel at home. Highly recommended!

Had a phenomenal experience at this anytime work out. I tend to travel a good bit, but I will say it was definitely one of the most welcoming experiences I’ve had at a gym. Staff was great management was great. Everything seemed very clean and the volume was just enough to be at a very easy and comfort, but also motivational state of mind when working out. Definitely recommend

I love burn boot camp they are so family oriented, fun and very friendly and motivating. Once you start you will not stop going it’s addictive. Lastly they care about your wellbeing as far focus group just all the above!! Great workout atmosphere

Big shout-outs to Dre and Athena! They are phenomenal coaches and I do not have enough positive things to say about them. While I'm still early in my fitness journey, the positive encouragement and support they provide, from smiles to the goodbyes when I go out the door, has really improved my outlook in committing to the routine. It's been a really healthy change and I have to give it to them for leading the sessions, adjusting my form, etc. Cannot recommend them enough!

Yes, one star. And it's not how I actually feel. Let me explain. The Burn community and members at this location are incredible. I've been a member for almost 2 years, attending over 380 camps, and the community and trainers are what have really helped me stick to it. The accountability isn't forced. I have true FOMO when I miss a good camp. In particular, Dre Woods is a HUGE reason why. Up until today, he was the lead trainer at Burn Bootcamp Marietta. He was there when they opened their doors 4.5 years ago. He's a GOAT. He's so welcoming, kind, encouraging, helpful, funny, approachable, and I always looked forward to coming to camp when his name was in the "trainer role" for that day. Today was abruptly his last day at Burn. I wont pretend to understand the machinations of the owner, but she ended one of the single best things about Burn Marietta. The outpouring of support and love shown to Dre today was moving. I cried like 4 times. It is unconscionable the why, how or backwards logic as to why this occurred. You can say it was a business decision all you want. It is still not adding up. It has made me reconsider which Burn franchise owner will be profiting from my membership. Is that a lot of money? Of course not. But that's not the point. Something I am sure that will be lost on those who made the uncaring and empathy lacking decisions. If it helps, she doesn't even workout at her own gym. If that tells you anything.

Everything and everyone at Burn Boot Camp Marietta is incredible. The trainers are positive throughout and push you to get better. They are also keeping a close eye to help correct/improve form for safety and better workouts. The community is encouraging and diverse with zero judgement. Everyone is there to get better each day. I have enjoyed my time there for almost for over a month now and plan on continuing for the foreseeable future.

I joined BURN in February and have been so happy to find somewhere that cares about me and my little one. Having childcare provided allows me to workout to my fullest potential. The trainers can provide challenge and modifications needed without any problems. I was hesitant on loving it at first, but it’s been everything i was looking for!

This is a phenomenal place to be there’s tons of equipment, tons of variety and tons of customer service. The staff here are like family to us and they treat us with respect and kindness. They’re always here to help out and I’ve never had a problem at this gym. It is spotless. It is wonderful and it is a place to be.

I love this place so much that I have a business partnership with them. If you come to my Ihop, you’ll see that we have tons of Crunch stuff and you can also get some type of discount might even give you a free pancake, but the reason why we set up a discount and a partnership with this location is because of how phenomenal it is we’ve never had any issues as far as our payments are any customer service issues or even with the members the members are lovely. Just stop in and check it out if you haven’t already it’s really a place to be.

this is a perfect gym for the ladies. There’s so much stuff for your lower body and there’s so much selection of variety. I’ve never had an issue when it comes to getting on my proper machines plus the girls got your back getting here. It’s a good time.

This is honestly one of the best gyms that I’ve ever been to in my life and this is coming from honest customer when I tell you that every single person here actually cares about you it’s insane. Get in here and have a good time. You won’t regret it.

I’ve been going to this gym a little over a year now. The gym itself is well equipped, clean and staffed with some amazing, friendly people! However I signed up for personal training in September. That was an amazing experience! I started with one trainer and transferred over to another due to some scheduling issues and also preferences. I trained with Evan Ivey for 12 sessions! I highly recommend him for anyone who needs a trainer who truly cares for them! He was very patient, listened to me about every little health detail that I wanted him to consider while training me and always ensured that I knew what I was doing and worked out the right way! He made sure I was comfortable while training and in the end I lost 11 pounds in 12 sessions! Evan is great and I would choose him to train me in weights any day!

There are not enough words to describe how AWESOME this Planet Fitness is...BUT, I'll try!!! Let's start with when I enter the gym. I am greeted by a super welcoming staff (Drake/Brett/Jean/Braden/Jada/James/Melissa/Jeloni/Trisha/Kaleigh). If I have any issues with any of the gym equipment, there is always someone to resolve the issue. I love how the staff (Drake) engages their PF members with a lighthearted "Question Of The Day"/ conversation. Finally, on my way out, I am always sent off with a "Have A Great Day!!!." This PF is like my second home!!! From the time I enter to the time I leave, my experience is consistently no less than AMAZING!!!!

I signed up here in July. I wasn't an avid gym person. Until, I joined this gym! The staff is absolutely AMAZING and I find myself wanting to go every day and my workout time is longer and I get so much done. I truly enjoy being in this gym. I didn't realize how much it improves not just my physical condition but mental health also. I am amazed at what this place has done for me! I love this gym and the staff is accommodating and friendly. Super clean and I never felt judged. I am so happy to be a member here. Highly recommend!

Was harassed by the employee there wanted me to prove that I had a membership when I already checked in ask and went to massage after I finished massage these three employees stating that I need to leave or prove my membership when I check in talk to a employee already these kids was being rude and disrespectful at this point I need a refund from planet fitness

The gym is clean and has a great staff. They are helpful, friendly and well-trained in fitness!

Love this place. It helps me keep healthy. No judgment zone. New tanning beds, stand up or lay down, Vibrashape, hyrdromassage beds, massage chairs, etc. Check them out. Staff always there, always pleasant. Ashley at desk is so sweet. I see people and staff wiping down machines a lot. I "leave it better than when I came". I definitely recommend this PF. I have always had paper towels and disinfectant spray available. They use an electric dryer for hands in bathroom, which is 'green'.

the urinal is broken... Definitely needs remodeling, the place just doesn't give you a clean feeling... Otherwise the equipment seems pretty good.

Unfortunately this gym is just not on the same level as other gyms. The equipment is old and beat. The treadmills are from 2010 as they have iPhone 4 chargers. No one ever re racks weights. The bathroom urinal is broken. One of only 2 stairmasters is broken. The bathrooms are clean but outdated and old. And the fees are high. Not to mention there are not many of these gyms. The only positive is there’s never really anyone here and the staff are nice.

I been getting run around by the payment processor and the club at town center. I called and rep laughed saying “ I’m not trying to be funny but you need to call the payment processor abc”. I call payment processor and they tell me they don’t know what these additional charges are or where the money went for. The processor tell me I need to call. Well no I found out the club decided to upgrade my membership without my acknowledgment. They never sent me a notice. They broke the agreement and now want me to follow the agreement pay them for an additional month before I can cancel. Don’t go here or get a membership. They broke agreement and change my monthly payment and can’t explain where the money going.

Great gym. It’s open 24/7 and there is attendant available daily to speak with if you have e questions. Tanning and sauna available for an extra fee. I pay $24 a month for gym and tanning and theres an annual fee of $79.

A year ago I moved to a new city and then cancelled my membership with workout anytime on the website, by phone, and in person, and my card still got charged. So then I told my credit card company to decline future charges from workout anytime. Fast forward to today and I find out that the lady who owns this place sent me to collections. You’re crazy if you think I’m paying you a years worth of membership fees for a membership I explicitly declined 4 times. Don’t ever give these people a credit card
