Spacious and well- maintained facility. There is a range of plate loaded as well as an array of machines. Very impressed that this gym has a belt squat, inversion table, and other very useful equipment. As visitors from out of state and retired competitive lifters, my husband and I definitely recommend training here.

So I can to this gym (first time) at 6amish. I did my workout and took a shower. I was waiting in my car a few hours in the parking lot. I had to use the bathroom. So I go to the door and I'm locked out. The employee there said my key fob pass it locked out. The employee said they are having issues with people just coming and taking showers and not using the gym. I don't understand why I got blocked out. I guess I'm not allowed to use this gym Anytime Fitness anymore.

TJ, the owner, is an excellent trainer. The facility is newly remodeled with lots of new equipment.

First time visiting this location... free Wi-Fi is available. There are no standalone free weight bench presses available, so you'll need to set one up at one of the power rack stations or at the Smith machine. There is a trap/hex deadlift bar to use which is a plus. There's also a hack squat rack, an actual pullup station and several row stations available. There is enough space between stations so no issues there. There's also a group fitness room for certain classes, but I couldn't find any scheduled. Overall a good facility to get in a workout.

Very friendly, positive, clean atmosphere at this club. I can see the pride they take in what they do! I really enjoy going here after transferring my membership. Outstanding gym and management! Thanks.

Very dissatisfied to see a large industrial truck blocking the disabled parking spaces at this Planet Fitness. I saw a disabled man have to park far away because of this. What ever happened to common sense and courtesy in Gilbert?

Staff here is super friendly. The gym is clean and usually not crowded. Has enough variety to keep you busy and get the work out you need.

Great place to get a workout. The equipment is clean and well maintained. Nobody bugs you or judges you. You can go in there and do your thing. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. If your budget allows it, upgrade to the Black Card because you get to use the massage and relaxation area, you can bring a friend unlimited times, you get to go to any PF location, and you also get discounts and perks with other businesses.

I would give them a 5 star rating if not for PF taking the 24/7 clubs away, but it is what it is. With that said, it is still one of the best ran, equipped, and fairly priced national gym chains out there. Every location that I have been to nationwide has been great, I would not hesitate to recommend anyone looking to join a gym to gett fit.

Rob was very polite and professional with handling my issue with addressing bad hygiene in the men's locker room bathroom, as far as fixing a soap dispenser and replacing a dirty old shower liner in a shower I always use. Now I am satisfied...

Sebastian was fantastic today! I haven’t been to this location before and am coming back after a knee replacement. I was a little nervous, but he was wonderful! He made sure I knew where the various machines/equipment were etc. The facility had great AC and was very clean. After my workout I asked if he could show me the room with the Hydrabed, relaxation things. I had never used those at my other location. He took me in to the area and explained the benefits/differences of the machines and helped me get set up! This will for sure be my gym of choice when I’m in the PHX area! Many thanks!!!

I do a lot of traveling and use several planet fitness locations. I am most comfortable at the Greenfield location. Stan is a great manager and you can tell he treats his employees well because they're all very friendly and helpful. You can tell they want to be there, it's not just a job. Thank you all!

The atmosphere at Mountainside Gym is both clean and friendly. What's particularly striking is the willingness of everyone to share equipment, fostering a sense of community. The gym has been recently renovated, and the host at the door always greets you with a smile. I'm a proud member of Mountainside and will definitely return when I'm in the area.

My boyfriend and I got a mountainside membership for all the wonderful amenities they offer. Well they don’t offer any because they’ve been getting worked on since this new location opened. All of this should have been done by move in, in my opinion. When we went to go cancel the girl desperately tried getting us to stay and told us everything would be done in 2 days. Okay 2 weeks later nothing is done. Stop charging premium pricing for a gym that has no amenities to offer.

This message is for Tom- hey Tom I wanted to tell you in person about the staff at Gilbert & the 202 but I just missed you. There’s a LA Fitness right next to my house, I drive a little extra to this location due to the staff and upkeep of the facility. Alex, Sam, Ariana, & Shayne are awesome. They are super helpful and I can tell they genuinely care about my health and wellbeing. Kudos to the person in charge of staffing and selection at this location.

This place is extremely impressive and the staff here are very good to you. I signed up for the entire year and ran into a little discrepancy with a class I didn't pay for. But the staff was on it and they made it more than right. A highly recommended place to work out at.

I recently joined this gym. The team up front is outstanding! Yes they made mistakes (me too) but Tailor has made it right along with her manager, Chandler. Ayden is new but he is kind and patient and responsive and that is going to go a long way in customer service. I can't wait to start the classes and get my workout back to normal.
