What a wonderful experience at this Day spa!! The owners Kelly and Mark are super friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell by looking at them, that They are very concerned about being healthy and Fitness. My therapist Lee was extremely helpful and talented. He managed to get into some areas. I didn’t even know I had that needed help. I had an 85 minute session and it seemed like it flew by. I plan on returning very soon. This was a great find.!! I travel to Orange County for work and plan to come back again soon ! I highly recommend this Spa !! they have a variety of services to offer that I look forward to trying. I've come to appreciate this spa! Groupon introduced me, the staff made me a fan.. the owners, Kelley & Mark are super kind. Always a fresh treat, cookie, etc when you leave if you want. The massage membership is great! The BOA compression is AMAZING!! BodyCentre Spa is a great place to be, has EVERYTHING you need from training to facials and amazing massages!! Mark and Kelley are very nice! Crystal and Elijah are helpful! Massage Therapists, Daniel and Eddie are great Therapists, works on where you need kinks worked on! 9/6/24 Updated - I love my experience at bodycentre!! I have the 85min membership for $99 added on cupping for an extra $18. DANIEL was amazing and truly worked out my kinks and knots from months of workouts! He was able to work thru the pain areas and the cupping was a +++!! Great combo! I'd definitely book Daniel again. My massage session with Daniel plus cupping is ALWAYS a treat! I was tight from workouts and he was able to get all of the knots and kinks! I look forward to my sessions at bodycentre! The owners are so nice, Crystal and Elijah are always very helpful and friendly! 12/10/24 Update - another amazing session with Daniel! I knew that he would be giving me a good workout because I was tight from working out hard. He got into the kinks and knots and the cupping was an added plus!!! I've already booked my end of Jan 2025 visit when I return from my vacation! 1/23/25 - Came back from a 4 weeks vacation, couldn't wait to see Daniel! I was sore, tight from my workouts after I returned. 2 weeks of strength training and HIIT, everywhere was sore! Daniel got through my knots, tightness and added cupping to make it good! He was able to work on the areas I needed and I felt better after! See you next month!

As someone enjoying massage for over 40 years, I recommend Lee as exceptional. He is talented, skilled, & friendly, but most of all makes me feel comfortable & at ease. His deep tissue massage technique is strong & never fades w perfect communication with me to ensure a wonderful massage.

I was never one to get facials. It just seemed like an unnecessary luxury, but now I’m hooked! Angie is a fantastic esthetician. She knows her stuff, especially “more mature” skin which is a bonus. I have standing appointments with her now, and I don’t know how I managed without facials before. :) Definite results, even for this cynic. BodyCentre is a great place to “explore,” in that there are so many beneficial services and products. (They carry the Eminence skin care line, which I am now a fan!) The owners clearly care about their clients, and there are always some homemade goodies to enjoy when you leave.

2nd time coming here. Had my massage with Kelly and it was wonderful, she is the sweetest. Told her I was a new mom and my body was aching from hunching over and breastfeeding and she was just very kind and welcoming. They also give you a little sweet treat at the end but they offer so many services here, It’s very versatile.

I wanted new equipment, new atmosphere, and a new experience to start the year off right. The General Manager, Jay, helped me with the set up, the tour, and the experience I was looking for. I even got a free shirt and a free Personal Training session with my new membership. Not to mention the great deal he offered for signing up this month. Really looking forward to this!!!

I have been coming to this gym for almost two years now and I am so happy I started. I love the whole layout of this gym. It’s different. There is a super cool area in the back that just feels like a big playground. They have punching bags, weightlifting platforms, and a large turf area where you can train. There are frequent classes that vary in focus led by some really intelligent and cool trainers. I have not taken many classes but the ones I have taken have been incredible. You can always adjust your workout to your ability range and the coaches are super helpful in modifying exercises. The inside area is where they have more of their standard workout machines and the layout is cool. It’s not just one big room. There are different areas and I think they have done a great job in how they have kept the machine areas categorized. They also have their octagon inside which is always cool to see the BJJ classes taking place. The kids’ BJJ is the cutest thing you will ever see in your life, I swear! The community at this gym has been the biggest game changer for me. I have been super out of shape for a long time. The community at this gym had made me feel so accepted and loved. It all started when I walked in one day, determined to change my life because I was incredibly frustrated with myself. I got a tour of the gym and then was introduced to a trainer-Nikki Adams. From then on me and Nikki have worked together over the past two years to get me healthy and learn everything I need to know about working out. Though she doesn’t say it to everyone, she has a master’s degree in kinesiology! That wealth of knowledge has been SO VALUABLE TO ME. Nikki has basically saved me from myself over and over again. When I came in she got me started. When I was giving up on myself she never did. When I experienced small milestones in progress she was my biggest cheerleader. She also leads the recovery area which has been amazing for when I have injured myself! They have a cryo chamber, water massage beds, a big massage chair, and Nikki offers cupping-which at first was scary but omg life changing! I cannot express my gratitude and love for Nikki enough. She is truly a corner stone of this gym and I would never have been able to get to where I am without her knowledge, positive attitude, and kindness. The other coaches have been super wonderful to me, too. Letty, Rachel, Brian, Edgar-getting to interact with them regularly and see and experience their devotion to health, training and having a great mindset has provided me with amazing examples of what changing your mindset and focus can do. It has been such a fun experience overall and it has been so cool to watch this super unique gym transform over the years. I will definitely be continuing to come here for years to come. I will always rate this place five stars. This place saved me and changed my life. I would recommend this gym specifically to anyone looking to truly change and commit to that change. The education I have received from being at this gym and interacting with the staff has been invaluable to me. Worth every single penny, over and over again.

I loved coming to the gym with my husband at UFC gym. They offered me a guest pass for him having a v.I.p membership. This gym had lots of available machines and a person present cleaning the floors. Easily accessible cleaning wipes to help clean the machines after use. Great music playing as well. This gym also offers a daycare for kids while parents workout. Located on harbor blvd next to the Honda dealership

I really wanted to find a gym that felt comfortable and has an attentive staff. I am starting my journey at UFC after surviving cancer and Jadell was extremely helpful. He listened to my needs and helped me come up with a plan to get back into gear. I definitely felt more confident leaving today than coming in. His charisma, kindness and overall love for his position shines through. I highly recommend if you need anything at all and want to start your personal journey. Please don’t hesitate to find Jadell for whatever you need.

This gym is a complete scam. Their cancellation process is deliberately impossible, their management is unresponsive, and their billing practices are nothing short of predatory. I funded a membership for my boyfriend, Kalani, but when he couldn’t find time to attend due to his demanding schedule, I attempted to cancel. On December 3rd, I called and spoke to Melanie, clearly within the 21-day notice required to avoid further charges. Instead of helping, she insisted Kalani come in person—an absurd suggestion since he couldn’t even use the membership. She passed me off to Anthony. After noticing a $131.50 charge on December 8th, I called Anthony. He told me to email his manager, Chris, which I did immediately. I received no response. When I followed up with Anthony via text, he casually explained the charge was a yearly fee, monthly fee, and a late fee. His solution? Try calling Chris directly. I followed all their steps, made every attempt to cancel within the required time, and was still charged unfairly. UFC Gym has no interest in resolving issues—only in taking your money and ignoring you when you ask for help. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away. This place is a disorganized mess that thrives on shady policies and poor communication. You’ll get charged no matter what you do.

Best gym I have ever seen. The trainers are so trained ,energetic, they will put all their efforts. Very beautiful 😍 ,smart ,trained coaches. It’s a power house. It’s around 40 miles driving everyday. Still I joined their 5 days camp. It’s 3 hours driving everyday to join the camp. But no good words to express how happy I am with their training. It’s as if strong beautiful trainers and colleges flying in air….. good luck and congratulations for being best… 💐

Loved my experience at Burn Boot Camp. Lauren was my instructor and she was very friendly made me feel welcome for my first time. The class was challenging and there was a ton of variety. 45 mins absolutely flew by. I can't come again with my ClassPass until next month but once it renews I will be back! I also noticed they have childcare which is great. I don't have kids but I imagine this is a lifesaver for anyone with kids who wants to get a quality workout in. They do different workouts depending on the day of the week. Mine was lower body which was killer but in the best way possible. Very supportive atmosphere too!

So happy to have found Burn Costa Mesa! The coaches are amazing, motivating and supportive . The camps remind me of some of the things I miss about CrossFit and other types of fitness I’ve done over the years ! I wish I lived closer but I’ll be coming here as much as I can!

A mothers saving grace! Saves my sanity every workout. No judgement environment making me feel very welcomed! Employees are great with my kiddos of all ages! I couldn’t be more happy!

I absolutely love Burn Boot camp! The trainers really motivate and help you. The push you in the best way possible. The protocols are different every week so you’re not always doing the same thing. Everyone is friendly, kind, helpful, and encouraging. Now let’s end with two claps 👏🏻👏🏻

The bathroom is disgusting, and not only is it dirty, it is also a homeless shelter. It is not fair that someone pays for a clean gym and cannot use the facilities normally.

Absolutely 0 custom service whatsoever. Diana, the General Manager didn’t even TRY to help or understand but continued to tell me to review my agreement.. but she got the wrong customer today. Definitely clocked her tea and I hope she learns how to speak to and better assist customers moving forward.

The security person is useless. My bike was just stolen and he did nothing because he says he didn't see anything and I saw how a person stole another one in front of him. I will move to another place to train without worrying

My first time at this club. It’s a pretty small establishment, but it gets the job done. Customer service was okay,once I smiled at the young lady at the front desk she greeted me. Personal I need a bigger club. I like my personal space and elbow room.

I love coming to planet fitness but today a guy named Anselmo he said his name was was strange and rude with me I know this is not my local gym but I was in the area needed a workout and I am a black card holder I have visited other gyms that also not my local planet fitness I have never been given the cold shoulder like this guy made me feel but I love planet and would still recommend it just watch out for him I Guess ....
