Wet/dry sauna (infrared), heading center, ionized swimming pool, hot tub with air bubbles and friendly and attentive staff. Nothing more to ask for for this total experience to regenerate and rejuvenate your body and mind. I took Amy’s yoga class and it was in depth and engaging. She carefully corrected the posture and encouraged everybody.

It's been almost a year since I joined a membership at CGI. Exercising at the facility became my everyday routine. I am enjoying both the wet and dry sauna, swimming at the heated pool, the relaxing hot tub, etc. The sanitation and peacefulness of the facility is excellent. The staff members are very kind and professional. The pleasant conversation with other members are also one of the many reasons I am constantly making trips to CGI.

I highly recommend coming to this facility. CGI has so much to offer in many ways to help attain a healthy body, mind, & spirit. I have taken many Body & Brain Yoga classes & workshops here at CGI. They were all fantastic, healing, energizing and more. I love the center, classes, workshops, Instructors, and everything about this facility and what it offers. Everything I have done here has helped me - mind, body & spirit. Its one of the best fitness & spas I have ever been to, it is very clean, and has great energy. There are not enough words to express the wonderful things here.I have deep gratitude for everything I have experienced here.TRY IT, once you do, I am sure you will come back often :)

My husband and i have taken private and group classes in New City. It has been wonderful in so many ways. Marlene is extremely talented and her classes are terrific. We both work full time and juggle a crazy schedule. Our time spent with CGI has been emotionally, physically and spiritually therapeutic. It's the best gift we give ourselves every week!
