Just started going here recently and I’ve been having a great experience so far! I decided to try out personal training to help me achieve and maintain my goals. Adrian has been an awesome help with exercise routines and with meal/snack recommendations. He checks in with me to help me stay on track in and outside of the gym. Highly recommend him and this location!

I absolutely love this gym. It’s clean, well staffed, and they have all of the equipment you could need. I LOVE my personal trainer, Jennifer. She’s the kindest person I know, and she’s changed my life. She met me where I was at and made my workouts my favorite part of my week. All of the trainers at this crunch are lovely, and I’m so impressed with the amount of care and professionalism they show their clients.

This is basically review of a couple of staff. The young lady at the front desk each morning.(black hair) Always smiling and gives a good morning. Great customer service I train each week with Grace. She has been so helpful and informative on technique and assisting in every way you can imagine. Always smiling and full of advice. I learn each day from her and her experience. You have two other trainers that stand out with great attitudes. Little John and Jennifer. Good people. With a good attitude. That’s is what makes a difference everyday. Thank you

I had a really bad experience with this company. It feels like an insult to the fitness community. While I understand that making money is important, it's even more crucial for a business owner to have morals and ethics, especially in the fitness industry, where people often turn for both physical and mental well-being. If you struggle with anxiety or similar issues, I can't recommend this gym at all. This brings me to a critical question: when is enough enough? How many memberships are enough? The space isn't as large as they claim, especially considering the number of people they allow. I went once, and that was enough for me to feel overwhelmed. Is this a concert/rave or a gym? The moment you express a desire to cancel your membership, the staff acts desperate to keep you, yet they know all too well that the real issue is overcrowding. There are maybe two machines for every thirty people. If you think waiting twenty minutes for a machine is bad, be prepared to wait thirty to forty-five minutes. This isn't normal, and it feels like a scam. Make sure to read everything you are signing because this place truly appears to be taking advantage of its customers. I’ve seen countless stories online from others who have had similar experiences. This gym should be reported for overselling memberships. I had to stretch right next to the water fountain because you can't even breathe in this place. If you think you're good enough for the fitness community, the first thing you should do is move to a bigger location or stop selling memberships. If you're considering joining this gym, I hope you see this review and are informed better. I want people to know what I wish someone had told me if i could give you 0 start i would . Be better!
