The manager, Maureen runs the cleanest and friendliest gym in the area. Her team greets you as you walk in and they maintain the equipment to ensure a good workout. Ed is their personal trainer and he is the best! As a result of his expertise and encouragement, I am in the best physical health that I have been in decades. Danny, Doreen, Sue, Joe and Diana are all there to help you in anything you may need. Definitely top notch!

I love this gym. It really is a no judgment zone … while the older ladies and most everyone else, run much faster than I do in the treadmill. The desk personnel are amazingly friendly. And the gym is really clean. In addition to the staff, the clients also do their part in cleaning the equipment.

With my black card and being a bit of a traveler I’ve visited planet fitness gyms all over - including mexico and hawaii. This brick location was beautiful, it was clean, well equipped and welcoming. Keep up the great work!

I've been to a few PF locations, but I can confidently say this one stands out for being clean. I originally started coming to this location because they were the ONLY ones able to resolve a payment issue another location made. The other location had been double charging me each month and would give me the runaround. However, a manager fixed the problem immediately once I explained the situation to her. The hardest part to working out too is often just getting to the gym, but I love all the staff here. They make me look forward to my gym days. Joe always greets everyone with a smile, Sue is always nice and remembers things, and the manager who is there around 6 pm is friendly and super helpful. Everyone is quick to help all you literally have to do is ask. They for real make my experience so much better!

Great gym, just the fact of being able to exercise at any time since it's open 24/7. It also has enough weights and machines, everything is very clean, all the people are very respectful. It's also very important to mention the Front desk staff, very friendly, very nice people like Danny, Joe, Sue, and the other guys, very good team.

Been coming here for probably ten years and my overall experience has been very positive. The facility is clean, has good machines, is close to home and has convenient hours of operation. There are a lot of TVs to view while on the cardio machines which is another plus. And I've never had a problem with another patron. A couple of the staff are very nice but many could be a little more welcoming when you walk into the facility. Too often they are preoccupied or on their phones. A "Hello, welcome to Planet Fitness" or "How are you today?" requires very little effort and goes a long way. The biggest negative is the locker room, which is clean but very small. A modest expansion should be considered. That said, the positives far outweigh the negatives and I enjoy my visits here.

Two employees were working on the double doors to get in, one door still able to open. The one was standing directly in the way of the door. I waited for over a minute and they saw me and ignored me. I walked Away and a man was right behind me, when I looked Behind me, they let him in. Real nice. I think I’ll be getting rid of my planet fitness membership after this. If this is the kind of people they employ. Plenty of other gyms to go too.

I really like this location. Everyone is very helpful. I love the massage chairs and the aquabed. Very relaxing. I also love the tanning both with red light therapy. Mondays, of course, seem to be the busiest. Sunday was light and quiet.

Brick, NJ location is comfortable, clean, friendly, and an enjoyable experience. The Front Desk is very helpful --and-- their new aqua beds are so amazing, especially after a workout.

They have all brand new workout machines, the staff are very friendly and helpful. It's always clean and they have everything you need for a full body workout. And massage chairs to help your body relax,and tanning beds or stand up for those black card holders.
