A great value for a decent gym if you’re just looking to get some movement in each week. Monthly memberships range from $15-25/month, there’s generally a special to get the first month for free and there are plans where you can bring guests. Each membership comes with a free training session, which are so reasonably priced if you sign up, something like $30-40 per session. Some coaches even let you bring your partner or friend to train with so it’s like a 2 for 1 deal. There are plenty of cardio and strength machines and you’ll never have to wait for free weights. It is limited on squat and power racks, which are usually taken. People are generally very polite and the staff is always cleaning. This is the cleanest gym I’ve been to, it’s always spotless. As a repeat customer, I can say this is definitely a great gym if you’re on a budget and not expecting something upscale, there are ones nearby that are fancier or offer more amenities, but I always get a good workout in and have the best experience when I avoid the rush hour so machines are usually more free.

I’ve been a blink customer for a while like 3 years now I mean the gym staff they’re really nice to me like they greet you when you scan and like head out they say have a goodnight etc or whatever and the bathroom is very clean compared to roosevelt a location because the roosevelt a smells like pure dung like defecation on the walls and has that wet moldy smell like this place there always the workers wiping down and cleaning in and out even using those fancy floor scrubbers I mean the place is clean is my point maybe some air fresheners would it make a bit better for the people leaving a number 2 lol. Alsp the new upgrade to the gym with the new fresh paint and new equipment and the overall layout is amazing so far no complaints more open space and walking area makes it feel bigger. Also it does occasionally get packed but it’s like a cafe rush hour it happens i usually just wait like 10 mins and ask for the bench next. There is one major issue I have is there’s this man who loves to act tough like he’s 5 feet one or something like that but his ego acts like he’s 6ft. Man I was just working out when this Clown comes and asks how many sets I have left I was like I just got the bench two mins ago and he said lets workout in rotations. I said nah I dont want to clearly he couldnt take no as answer and he says under his breath stupid. I said "ok" and continued working out when I'm done i see him arguing with a kid over a bench press lol this man toke the bench press from the kid and the kid looked at me like his lost. I dont know someone at this store needs to tell the clown lower his ego seems the type to use steroids the way he has anger issues over saying no lol ill show the clown below also im pretty sure im not the only one who finds him annoying and egotistical you’ll see what I mean if this guy comes across you 😂

I’ve been a member for about 6 months now. The gym is okay- the machines are great, lots of treadmills (newly upgraded on the top floor). Though I don’t go often, it has never been extremely packed to where I have to wait a long time for a machine. Seems like they have multiple machines on the top and lower level, some even repeated due to popularity like the chest fly. Bathroom could be cleaner- in the stalls and showers. Your average mid level gym. Staff aren’t too friendly, I’m rarely greeted when I go in or leave. However, I had an issue with making two accounts and being charged monthly for twice, the manager did an excellent job at quickly processing my claim and getting the other account cancelled as well as all of those charges refunded for me. It was difficult to get in contact with the manager, took about a week/ week and a half of other staff telling me that they or he would call me back and it never happened. Going in-person and talking to him got it resolved much quicker. This I did appreciate.

I like this Blink. Whenever I'm in the LIC area, I would stop by. The locker room is small, but the lockers are great. The floor is spacious and has enough room maneuver. Blink can get very crowded, so it's a breath of fresh air to get some room. The staff is very nice and will pay attention when you walk in to scan your membership.

Be careful my son loves the gym but was charged for 9 months after he closed the membership last year.I thought those days were over.He was refused entry and embarrassed in public even though he had a current membership . Thank you for the generic apology but my account just got charged again and when I called to find out why I got the same customer service answer that he must pay last years balance that was caused when your employee didn’t close his account on the requested date . I’m going through the banks now because I will lose my sanity dealing with your so called customer service. You have permanently lost a loyal customer.

Love coming here every morning. It’s definitely not the nicest gym, and some machines don’t work at times, however, that being said, the staff is lovely, and tons of people come through here on a daily basis, so I actually think the few staff members are holding it together really well. The value you get coming here it’s fantastic. There’s nicer gyms around, and you can pay for them, but I would absolutely recommend planet fitness.

I wouldn't recommend going to this Planet Fitness or any other until they get their act together. The first thing that bothers me is that they ask for a routing number when you sign up. Really inconvenient and unnecessary. Very creepy. All they need is a card on file. And if the payment doesn't go through they could just not let you in. So why the routing number? I think it's because part of their business model includes not canceling your membership when you cancel it. I was still charged for two months after I quit. Supposedly the manager finally canceled my membership, i won't know until I check my bank account at the end of the month. We'll see. But it took multiple trips to the planet fitness, where the employees didn't know how to cancel my membership for real, even though one told me he did it. When you call them on the phone they say they can't do it over the phone or by email. Well they can't do it in person either. Haha. That's the scam. And it is just that. A scam. Because if the manager isn't just messing with me and she did in fact cancel my membership ... it was done over email. Just stay away from this place. It's not worth it.

Update to 1st review below and rediculous response from owners: I’ve been a member of this gym for a while now, and while there have been some improvements, they feel minimal. A few new machines have been added, which is nice, but overall, not much has changed to enhance the experience. The treadmills, unfortunately, remain a major concern—some of them are still unsafe and need immediate attention. Really unsafe! It’s frustrating when equipment that should be a staple of any gym is either broken or unreliable. Additionally, there’s a lot of unused equipment taking up space that could be replaced with more popular, in-demand machines or free weights that members actually use. I honestly think the franchise owners need to get more involved. It might even be worth contacting corporate to let them know about the ongoing issues. Right now, it’s just not up to par. FEELS like 1980's no name town gym. If COORPORATES DOESNT STEPIN. THEN WE ALL GOING TO ANOTHER GYM! 1ST REVIEW: This gym has a lot of potential but falls short in a few key areas. The machines (some broken)are functional but fairly outdated, with some showing signs of wear and tear. Treadmills are dangerous because they shake when you run or walk on them. VERY OLD place panel plank- the wood underneath them are all cracked and broken and causing unbalance. The layout feels old, making it difficult to move between equipment during peak hours. The design is stuck in the past, lacking the modern, clean aesthetic and easy walk through- it seems like they just put everything in a basic "LINE" just to say they have it. Missing a lot other PF gyms have- basic foam rollers that aren't 10 years old. (its $5 dollars -get some), stretch bands, stability balls. - more mirrors are needed- not just on 1 wall on each FL. (Elevator always an issue. Kids and people with Flipflops and Crocs and working out with Pajama Pants. Missing Proper attire. Massage chairs and amenities are an issue. Broken and outdated.) It's not a bad option if you've got no standards or expectation as a customer, but those who value a more updated, spacious environment might want to look elsewhere. We should be getting at least the basics for $30-35. This place is below basics now.

The whole damn gym is broken! I know no one would care from the management but still wanted to post. That’s why you don’t get business for even 10$ a month!

Even for $10-$20 per month, this location is not worth the money. On any given day a handful of things are broken, whether it be treadmills, stairclimbers, the AC, etc. I don't remember the last time that I came where I didn't have to change my workout routine as soon as I arrived because all four of the stairclimbers were broken or the freeweights were all taken, or it was too humid to breathe because of lack of ventilation on a rainy day. The only redeeming quality is that the staff are excellent t and try very hard. Just wish corporate would pay for the upkeep of the machines and facilities. It almost seems intentional to try to get folks to quit coming. So disappointing.
