Michael at the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming! I saw him later in my workout training someone, he seemed knowledgeable and I’m considering signing up with him. Highly recommend! Machines were clean and the atmosphere was nice!

Such a big planet fitness I love it!!!! Everything is clean new and the best part your shower and changing room are together this is one of the best designed planet fitness I’ve ever been too!!!

Best location in the West Valley. It looks clean, smells clean, the people at the front desk actually greet you, and it’s never too crowded. It also feels twice as big as other locations. Highly recommend this location! You can tell it is well managed. The one on Cotton Lane is closer to me but I rather make the drive to this location instead.

I have been a member of this gym since it first opened around 2005, and it has been a well maintained and professional gym since! Every year, updates are made, new equipment is brought in, anything that breaks gets fixed, and the staff is always the best. I will never join any other gym in surprise, Mountainside Fitness is my second home!

Clean gym with great environment usually never overwhelmed with anything. Employees are fantastic when comes to aiding, one in particular named grant. Grant is an exceptional employee at the gym. His professionalism and friendly demeanor create a welcoming environment for everyone. He's always attentive to members' needs, offering helpful advice and support. Grant’s dedication and positive attitude make every visit enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Good gym great staff I really enjoy the setup and layout don't really have issues with anything it all works as it's supposed no fuss. Rebecca was fantastic she helped me catch up as well, I dreaded dealing billing but it was actually really easy to resolve as the staff worked with me. The trainers are fantastic too I got put with Ben and he's great really helped me stay consistent and worked with me.

Great Sport Cycle class this morning with instructor Megan. The room is a little tight with the number of bikes but overall it’s a very good class. This class has been fully booked so recommend securing a bike 24 hours ahead of time.

Qivan is awesome, he always make sure we get checked in properly so we can track our fitness journey. He is Very professional, polite, and friendly. This is gym is great, my only friendly suggestion is to make sure that all equipment replacements so they can fix them when they are broken / down.

I love the gym! Workers are always friendly. Chris helps me with my supplements every time! There are sometimes where it is very crowded, which is good and bad. I like that there is that big of a community that is putting in the work and hitting the grind! But, I also don’t like waiting for equipment. Overall, it’s a great experience. I love that it is also a 24 hour gym!

I love this gym! The facility is great. It’s always clean and great energy from everyone. I love all the front employees specially Chris! He has been helpful. I had a PT who helped me soooooo much achieved my goals! He’s name is Dan!! Great guy!

Love this gym. I really enjoy the smart equipment and how it adjusts automatically to your personal settings. All the staff I have met are great, even and especially the overnight guy Qivan is so friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

EoS Surprise is the best!! Always clean and the whole staff is always so friendly. I actually joined at another location and move to Surprise to follow Coach Jay. He is amazing!! Motivating without being too pushy and always right there to celebrate with me and my accomplishments. Two thumbs way way up for Surprise and Coach Jay!! 👍🏻👍🏻
