Welcoming, friendly, and supportive! I have some limitations due to past injuries. I was worried about this being out of my range of ability. I emailed and explained my situation. Chris talked with me and encouraged me to come try. The coaches helped me find modified movements for areas where I couldn't do the exercise as listed. They worked with me and cheered me on. Drop in classes are available and several time options available. Highly recommend!

I've been a member for 2.5 months and was the best decision I've made in a long time. The atmosphere is incredible with everyone willing to help and encourage, both trainers and members alike. All the trainers are pushing you to better yourself with their knowledge and attention to detail. If you are looking for a fun and challenging group atmosphere or even private one on one sessions, Bull Ridge is your new gym!

I started at Bull Ridge about a year ago on a whim. I’ve never been much of a gym/workout person but needed something to do for myself. It’s a great place to go without judgement but total encouragement. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, Bull Ridge will meet your needs. The coaches are all phenomenal and helpful. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Looking for community, accountability, and a new gym? Try Bull Ridge! A very knowledgeable coaching staff willing to work with any level of fitness I Never regretted walking through the doors, which sometimes is the hardest part.

I have never been one to like group fitness classes because I have never wanted to be on display especially when showing my weakness but Bull Ridge is so much more than a fitness class. It is a place where you are guided through awesome workouts and given so much encouragement and support. Chris is such an awesome motivator. I am slowly getting stronger and more confident in myself. This is a good thing!
