Great gym to be a member. All the equipment and classes you could ask for (love the aqua massage chairs!) and the staff is always friendly and accommodating (especially Sholly)! Nice community of members to be a part of.

I live out of town for school but I always renew when I come back to visit friends and family. Facility is always good to me. Also wanted to recommend Sam with Lighthouse, a trainer who challenged me with the right intensity for my workouts that I will replicate moving forward. Match his energy and you will reach your goals for sure!

Been coming to 10 gym for a long time. I love that I can come in whatever my schedule is so I can get a good workout in. Thank you to Sam with Lighthouse and your team for my fitness session. Showed me that there is a way to be safer in my lifting practice , and the right exercises can really make a difference in my workout routine. #lifestylechange

I came in today it was my first time and this sweet little girl I think her name was Katelyn helped me tremendously I was nervous because it was my first time back to a gym and she made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Definitely give that girl a raise because she’s amazing!!

Where do I even begin. Sam with lighthouse fitness has been a game changer in my fitness journey. We met for the initial fit start early this year, when I had moved to Tulsa from California. I was having a hard time with motivation at the time, but from the getgo he did all he could to motivate and encourage me. I wasn’t able to sign up for training at the time, but he offered to help coach me since I was new to the area. Following the programs he writes me, not only have I seen more lower body development than I’d have thought possible, but he’s also helped me improve aches and pains I was having in the process, and has taught me functional and mobility training. Sam pours everything he has into every person I see him working with. It’s very obvious he has deep passion for what he does, and has drastically impacted my experience at 10gym. Ten out of five stars.

I travel all over for work and visit several Anytime Fitness. This location is fantastic good machines, good layout, and good CrossFit section. Definitely been my favorite one so far.

Very happy with this gym. The trainers are fantastic and the overall atmosphere is excellent. If you are looking for a gym that is clean with other members who are courteous and respectful this is the place to go. I would also highly recommend their personal training sessions as they will take all your needs into consideration when structuring a workout regimen that will keep you on track to achieve your goals.

I have been actively searching for a gym that has a small family vibe and I have finally found it! This place is very clean, has friendly staff, and all the equipment I need to make my fitness journey a success. I signed up for the training classes and Dylan is amazing! I have been going for about 6 weeks and I can already see and feel a difference in my attitude and my clothes! I finally look forward to going to the gym. If you are truly looking for a place to work out and become a healthier you check them out!

I’ve been working out here for eight months and overall it was a good experience. JT’s favors his old buddies, and the club is not friendly to new members, they like to set on weights and talk for hours and not give up the dumbells or let you work in even though you ask nicely. You got the same jacked up guy with an attitude and tattoos sitting in their guarding a 35 pound dumbbell he doesn’t use for an hour, it’s pretty frustrating either he requires long rest breaks but he's just chatting with the manager and he refuses to be cooperative at all and they only have one 35 pound set of dumbbells. Not a family friendly place because of this, I would not recommend it. I tried to speak with the manager about this, but he was unavailable. 3rd time same thing. I was told way too much personal info about the members by the owner, not a safe place.

I have been going here for the past 4 years and I have to say this is THE BEST gym I have ever been to hands down, outstanding equipment and even better employees. Keep up the great work Optimal Fitness! 💪

10/10 gym, all equipment needed and has a great atmosphere. I’ve been going here for 3+ years and have no desire to go to a different one. Owner is awesome and very personable with his gym community.

Fantastic place if you're into hardcore lifting and powerlifting. Unfortunately I can't take my son in to get fit since they only support 16 and up. Would definitely sign up if I could take him in with me.

My goal was to invest more into my health, and personal training with Corey. He is awesome! He is helping me gain my confidence back as I am navigating through being back in the gym. I have been trying to get in touch with them for days due to money still getting taken out of our account even though the membership is cancelled and absolutely no one will answer. Messages, voicemails, and crickets…. It would be something if I moved gyms but I moved hours away. Shame on y’all. Edit: after owner commented, went to double check there has been any form of communication tried on their end and there has not been anything towards my phone number or email. Edit again: the owner or manager called to make fun of me to my husband, that’s I’m pretty sure the first rule of how to be professional.

Once you sign the contract to sign up and pay the ridiculous mandatory fee for the mat and towel, if you ever plan on cancelling your membership they will force you to notify them in writing (what year is this?) 60 days before cancelling OR pay $99 per person. We were originally told after the 90 day sign up we could cancel at any time. However was never advised of a $100 fee to leave this "gym". Don't recommend signing up here.

After being a hotworx member for four months now, I love it even more than when I started. The 24/7 access gives complete flexibility while the virtual classes still offer structure for the workouts. I thought working out in a sauna sounded miserable, but it’s a different kind of heat and the most productive kind of sweat. The workouts are easy on the joints, and the heat helps so much with muscle recovery. Everything is kept clean, and the staff work hard to be responsive and available. So glad they came to Owasso!

I joined Hotworx Owasso toward the end of January and have absolutely loved it. The owner and staff are amazing. They are all so kind and personable. The affordability, variety of classes at all times of day and night, ease of use, etc. make it so that the only thing standing in your way of accomplishing your goals, is yourself. I am so thankful to have found this gym.

I’ve been a hotworkx member since they first opened the Owasso location, I LOVE it and recommend it to everyone. So convenient and fast amazing workouts. Also the staff is amazing and always so friendly!

The staff is friendly & helpful! Clean facility. I love that you can get a quick or long workout 24/7 and the rates are affordable! They have all you need here including a shower. I’m so glad there’s a HOTWORX in Owasso!
