Best Gyms with Free Weights near North-lauderdale, Florida

Been out of it since the pandemic and finally got the motivation after some not so good health check results. The staff is awesome very helpful and professional and clean facilities. But my biggest shout out to my awesome personal trainer Josie got me started and I have already lost 11lbs in 8 weeks she really put in the effort to give you the best results and very accommodating with scheduling.

There was a recent review posted about “Carolyn” which is not the trainers name. Her name is Carolina and that review is an ABSOLUTE LIE. Carolina has been my personal trainer for a month and I attend her HITT classes she is professional and always has a smile on her face. The person who left the review was rude AF to Carolina who politely asked her to move THREE times because she was preparing for her scheduled class. Carolina is an exemplary trainer and person I love her!

I had a very disappointing experience with Carolyn, one of the personal trainers at this gym. Not only was she extremely rude, but she also spoke about me in another language that I clearly understand. This felt incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. To make matters worse, she actually yelled at me in front of other clients, which is absolutely unacceptable in a gym environment. As someone who has been a loyal member for over a year and pays for these services, I expect to be treated with respect. I’m both offended and upset that this type of behavior was allowed by the establishment. This experience has seriously made me reconsider my membership. This type of behavior should not be allowed.

Thanks to our trainer Carolina my wife and I are very excited to work out. She help us to reach goals. Profesional , Kind , Great energy and beautiful attitute. She is respecful and cares about her clients. She motivated us to get better everyday. Thanks again Carolina you are the best. We hightly recommend you fit.
