*PSA - LOCATED UNDERGROUND* It took us forever to find because of the direction we came from. Gym is fine overall. No windows, but lots of equipment and a pretty clean facility.

whoever placed the mirrors so badly could really win the worst architecture award of the year. It might be the worst planet gym I've ever been to. The only good thing is the variety of machines

Great equipment and staff. Last night, Carlos helped me step by step to transfer my membership from Orlando to this location. Thank You Carlos.

The place needs to be maintained way better, machines break and don't get fixed for weeks sometimes. THERE ARE WAY TO MANY TREADMILLS and not that much equipment to workout, minimal dumbbells too.

Pleasantly surprised! After reading some of the reviews, I was hesitant to use this gym. I came in using a free one day pass and the gym was great! If I were local, I would definitely join. Ambience/Location: The gym was very large, with treadmills and bikes in separate areas. The area for weights was in the middle and there were multiple of each machine so there wasn't ever a wait. There was only one set of each dumbbell weight, so that was a bit inconvenient. I went on a Saturday afternoon and availability of machine was plenty, even with a nice amount of people. Wasn't crowded. The bathrooms, lockers and shower areas were very large and very clean Service: 5/5 Front desk was friendly and helpful. Price: 5/5 I used a free one day pass that you can get online. Looking at the membership prices, they were extremely reasonable.

I became a member here because it’s the closest gym in my area. They have new management, so I’m hoping things will change from the scathing reviews that cautioned me to join in the first place. In the last month of me being a member, I’ve noticed the following: Most group class instructors do not speak English very well, which is odd if you’re a trainer. The group class room is disgustingly dirty and the weights and yoga mats are thrown all over the place and not maintained well. There is no clean or organized system for the props. The assisted pull bar needs to be oiled or updated because the assisted pad barely moves to the point I had to cancel my workout on that machine. The ladies room is dirty and there is only one (broken) soap box on the opposite side of the wall, forcing women to wait for one person to finish washing their hands in order to get soap in the first place. One time I noticed a huge jug of soap sitting on the counter instead of in its soap box. The cleaning solution with paper towel rolls seems so cheap and unsanitary. Why can’t they upgrade to sanitizing wipes tubs all over the floor like Blink Fitness does? The database must not be getting updated because I’ve received phone calls and emails about inviting me for a tour even though I signed up a month ago. If you’re going to do your job, do it efficiently. The app is cool but needs updating in real time because when it reports the activity is moderate in the gym, it’s actually pretty heavy, and I look to that to avoid coming when it’s crowded. I appreciate the discount codes for retailers like gymshark and enjoy the training challenges. The weights on the far left of the floor never seem to be available and always missing. My guess is people take them and walk away and never place them back when they’re done. There should be employees walking the floor to scoop them up and return if they see any lying around. I’ve managed a gym before. They can and should do a whole lot better. And there should be no reason why the group class room is cooler than the rest of the gym. I left class one day and walked into a hot box when entering the rest of the gym. Fix the errors. Do better. Please. I need this gym to just do better. And DO NOT REPLY WITH “Contact us at manager@crunchfitness…..” be for real. We shouldn’t have to email you to get your business together.

Terrible service, I wanted to cancel my membership, so I went and they told me to call that number, I called and they hung up on me, then they told me that they would call me back, call that was not returned... as the month passed, I was CHARGED $100!!! $100 dollars why?? For what??? It’s the first time I’m charged such an amount in this place!!! I’m tired of this place and its people, how little professionalism this “GYM” has. All this is a robbery, a scam and I will proceed legally with the authorities, because this is not only happening to me. If you can avoid registering in this place, I would recommend it too much!

Comparing this location to another one I've been to (Crunch Livingston), this one is significantly worse. The dumbbell rack is missing over 50% of weights. Some are out on the floor but it seems this Crunch is simply short of dumbbells. The rack itself is also in bad shape. Quite a few of the "holders" that hold the dumbbells in place are partially broken or gone completely, leaving the dumbbell to rest on the rack unsteadily. The gym does not seem to have 5 lbs plates anywhere. And they seem to only have a few 2.5 lbs and 10 lbs plates in the whole place. These lower weights are essential when you're trying to progress. Overall the gym felt kind of cramped and dingy. It's got enough stuff there to get a decent workout and the front desk people were fine. But the overall environment there really has a lot of room for improvement.

Literally the worst gym ever. There are so many people it's unusable. No one wipes there equipment after use. The lockers and equipment are in such a state of disrepair. For how many people they have there you'd imagine they had tons of money to refurbish. They're just the only gym within walking distance and everyone goes there. 11.10.2024 update: there's no soap in the men's room, it's been a week now! Who's washing their hands?! 1.5.25 Soap dispensers in mens room are broken again! Back to dipping shitty fingers into communal soap buckets. I can't wait until Heights Fitness opens up. I'm cancelling this membership so quickly. 11.11.2024 update: now there's soap but the dispenser is broken so everyone just has to dip their shitty fingers in the communal soap pool. 🤢🤢🤢
