⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been training at MASS Strength and Conditioning since mid-August, and I can’t express how much progress I've made in my fitness journey! The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and motivating, thanks to Coach Joe Venut and Alessandra, who are both amazing at what they do. Their guidance has been instrumental in my improvements, and I feel supported every step of the way. The best part is how quickly time flies during workouts; I always have so much fun! The camaraderie among everyone makes it easy to stay motivated and push myself further than I thought possible. If you're looking for a place to elevate your fitness game, MASS Strength and Conditioning is the perfect spot!

It would be impossible for me to over compliment, Joe and Alessandra and Mass Strength and Conditioning. I have been training here for well over a decade. Whether, this is the first time you’ve ever stepped into a commercial fitness center, or you are a seasoned vet experiencing a difficult plateau, a decision to participate in the programming and training here will be the best decision you will make regarding your health and fitness. Joe and Alessandra will work with you and provide a schedule of programming which will consider your personal goals, past injuries, current weaknesses, difficult work/life schedules and more. My experience at Mass S&C has been simply the best. I haven't worked out in years but the supportive coaches got me back into it perfectly. The customized workouts are perfect for my current fitness level. I'm excited to see the long term success at this awesome gym!

Thanks to the coaching staff at Mass strength and conditioning I am learning how to strengthen my body. Beyond the workouts themselves, the coaching staff provide valuable advice on nutrition and lifestyle changes that complement my fitness routine. My husband and I wanted to make a lifestyle change to improve our energy level and achieve new fitness goals. Mass strength and conditioning is just what we needed! There personal workouts are geared to help each of us! The team at Mass Strength pushes me just the right amount, always encouraging me to challenge myself while also ensuring my safety and well-being.
