First day! Signed up in the morning and went for a workout in the afternoon. So far, so good, Except for the time limit that you are allowed to be there. (2.5) Two and a half hours. After that, you will be paying additional parking time. Today, I paid $15.00 for a couple of minutes that went over the 2.5 hours. It did bother me some. Earlier in the morning, while I was there signing up. On my way out of the parking lot, a gym member got stocked there at the exit ticket scan machine it took a while till they had a maintenance worker come out there and fix whatever went wrong with this machine. In the meantime, the line of cars waiting to exit the parking lot got longer and longer. The 405 and 105 freeway are bad enough. This is the last thing we want after a workout and ready to get home to see your family or ......... You know what I mean? Inconvenience? Bad luck? Or........... Alright, let me get on the freeway before it gets any later:( I'm considering cancellation, no more stressssss! Please! 🙏

I have been going to the gym for quite some years now and this gym is quickly becoming one of my favorites. The instructor, Taj, is one of the most kindest and caring instructors I’ve ever met. He’s a fantastic instructor and you can tell he genuinely cares for each and every person in his classes. His kickboxing class is one of my favorites and always pushes me to the limit. His high energy class leaves me wanting to return every week.

Taj is a phenomenal fitness instructor! His high-intensity workout training is the main reason I go to Iconix. He’s motivating, knowledgeable, and brings great energy to every session. The gym itself is new, very clean, and has a lot to offer. The staff is always welcoming and warm, making it a great environment to work out in. I look forward to trying some of the other courses too. Highly recommend!

THE BEST!!! Honestly the best gym I have ever been to and I love the energy of the whole staff. I’ve had the luck of having the best trainer around Christopher Hansen, he literally gives the best workouts, in the first 2 weeks I started to see results and he knows exactly solution for when I can do a certain exercise he modifies it without thinking about it and the attention I get from him is simply the BEST! Honestly I’ve never had such an amazing relationship with a trainer and I feel like we’re family. Thank you Chris for bringing the character and your energy! Looking forward for all the workouts we have in store! Sorry but there is no trainer out there like Chris!

Wow what a not-so-lovely experience at this place today. I stopped by to ask a simple question about some late fees, and Assistant Manager Dario was so welcoming—if rolling his eyes and acting confrontational counts as customer service these days. I had no idea that being rude was a job requirement here. He was extremely unhinged. I had my infant with me and I feel like he wanted to jump over thr counter and attack. I mean, for a middle-aged man, you’d think maturity would come naturally, but I guess those big muscles take up all the energy that could’ve gone into basic professionalism. It’s a shame because this place used to have a friendly atmosphere. This behavior is unacceptable because Inglewood has already been gentrified enough. It’s frustrating to see yet another space where longtime residents are made to feel unwelcome, especially by employees who should be fostering a sense of community. The irony is that in a neighborhood that has historically been rich with culture and resilience, we’re now experiencing treatment that implies we don’t belong in our own spaces. You’d expect better from a business operating in Inglewood, yet I’ve been treated with more dignity in gyms located in affluent areas. It’s a stark reminder of how gentrification isn’t just about buildings—it’s about people, respect, and who is considered worthy of it. I will not be coming here!

Second dirtiest PF I’ve been to. The worst is that the female employee just sat on a chair with her friend and doing something all times I was there and doing nothing to clean the locker room/ bathroom / showers. Locker room has hair and trash on the floor, sink area is dirty everywhere, toilet has poop stain, and hair and trash in the shower room. When she ended her shift, she left without clean anything. If I was the manager I’d fire her immediately.

They allow outside "trainers" to run classes here. Two trainers in particular literally put cones down and section off the entire "PF360" area in the back. I've seen them turn people away even though they are using machines in another part of the gym and point to the cones. They do not enforce the no bags policy on the floor, at least not with these "trainers". This seems like a safety issue first, but I'm not a fan of subsidizing their business. I go to the gym at 5:30 everyday, to get up that early and have limited access because they won't enforce basic rules says a lot about management. I've included pictures of the cones that block off the area and an employee sleeping at the counter up front.

I joined The Camp Transformation Center Inglewood at the end of October, and I can confidently say I don’t regret my decision. I’ve tried many gyms, but this one is different this is a gym I’m sticking with! The staff is incredibly friendly and encouraging, and they truly get to know you on a personal level. The coaches are fantastic; each brings unique workouts to the table while also tailoring exercises to your fitness level. The community here is unmatched the members are welcoming and uplifting. Even if you walk in not knowing anyone, you’ll leave with new friends. If you’re looking for more than just a gym and want a community full of motivation and support, I highly recommend this place. Remember, ‘The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.’ Take that step—you won’t regret it!

I have been coming to Camp Inglewood for 2+ Years and it’s been one of the most transformative experiences in my life. I’m grateful on how much the Camp staff and campers helped me in my workout journey and I can say we are an All Fit Family. It’s nothing but love and respect where we all push each other to do the best for ourselves. Each coach brings a different aura and different workout routines which is more than I can ask for. The trainers also understand that if you have some type of injury or disability, they would advise to take it slow or modify the workout for yourself and keep pushing to your limits. It’s nothing but hard work and commitment in this environment and everyone wants the best for each other. Nothing but a pleasurable and challenging experience with past coaches such as Coach Miles, Maurice and Hazel to current coaches: Coach Javi, Dennis, Jay, and Ingrid. I always say this iron sharpens iron and I’m happy to be part of Camp Inglewood. The entire staff from the Director, to the front counter, and the coaches really help you in your workout journey.

I remember when I was over 320 pounds, depressed, and embarrassed about my inability to physically take a flight of stairs without sweating. All of that changed at Camp Transformation Inglewood. 3 years later… 60 pounds lighter… a smile that’s brighter and the addition of an AWESOME FIT FAMILY… I am more than ecstatic about recommending Camp Inglewood. This place is my refuge. I’ve found my tribe and I’m a better person inside and out for it! I love you Camp Inglewood.

The camp is truly a transformation center, not only do they transform your body and lifestyle but the way you feel about fitness. They make coming into the gym an awesome and welcoming experience and the trainers make the workouts fun. Javi and Dennis are amazing trainers and the front desk staff are always in a good mood! Love this place!! 10/10! Come check it out they are very welcoming. Philly the manager is very caring and will greet you whenever she’s there! Shoutout to Stefani and Cristy.

I’m new & inexperienced to XFit workouts. Mike coaching is helping me to make this experience easier, he explains and corrects me on every exercise. He does sets alternate workouts to my own pace, so I can keep up with the rest of the members. I will continue coming hopefully one day I will be able to do all the workouts.

Excellent CrossFit gym and excellent owner/instructor all around. Mike has really created a special place here. CrossFit Inglewood is not your typical CrossFit gym. It’s a very inviting environment that understands each person’s unique goals, strengths, and limitations. It doesn’t have that intimidating and competitive vibe that most other CrossFit gyms promote. There isn’t a whiteboard to track everyone’s WOD time, everyone is trying to do their best without trying to out do each other, and everyone keeps their shirts on. As far as the people go, all of the members are motivated and really supportive, and Mike is one of the best instructors in the industry. He is knowledgeable, encouraging, patient, understanding, and appreciative of all of his members. There is no judgment when scaling a workout, which is something that I’ve been doing each time over the past couple of months. This is the perfect place for those who are new to CrossFit, as well as those who have done it before, but want to train in a much more positive and low threat environment. Joining CrossFit Inglewood is one of the best decisions that I’ve made and I’m looking forward to continuing my training here for a long time. Even if you’re just thinking about it, take advantage of Mike’s free introductory class and free week of membership (both of which are unheard of within the industry). It’s risk free and it might end up being one of the best decisions that you make as well.

CrossFit Inglewood allows you a free personal workout to determine if you’d be interested joining. Once interested they walk through workouts step by step as well how to use the machines. This gym feels like a Community where there is no judgement and everyone supports one another. I recently joined the gym myself and the instructor adjust the workouts to my current capabilities.

I was intimidated to start because I’m new to CrossFit, but everyone at this gym is so welcoming. Mike, the main coach, has done an awesome job of creating a supportive culture where all skill levels are welcome. I also appreciate that he provides modifications based on everyone’s level. I was in my first trimester of pregnancy when I started classes, and he has been great at helping me get stronger with pregnancy-safe adaptations. I highly recommend CrossFit Inglewood if you’re looking for a way to get stronger while also building community!

First off, Plant fitness membership has competitive prices unmatched in my opinion .I never once had an issue with a worker or other people, it’s always welcoming. I would say this of the planet fitness in Inglewood off of market Street. I got my bike stole from there so make sure you lock up key.

Someone cut the part of the locker where the lock is placed. I let the staff that was there know. One of them kept on accusing me of leaving my bag overnight. Which wasn't true. I tried to explain, but he kept at it. He was rude and unprofessional. So be careful leaving your belongings in the locker. It isn't safe, and the staff doesn't care.

This Planet Fitness location is not worth visiting. There are hardly any attachments for the cable systems—undoubtedly the fewest I’ve seen at any gym. The machine placement is odd and poorly aligned with the limited number of mirrors provided. They actually use the “lunk alarm” here and will call you out if you make any noise with the weights. The employees are strict and will interrupt you frequently. Paper towel dispensers are often empty, adding to the frustration. On top of that, the cancellation fees and price increases are unreasonable, not to mention the ridiculous annual fee. Save yourself the trouble and just work out at home with some dumbbells. Also beware of the manager. She is quite rude and needs extreme training or to seek employment elsewhere where she does not interact with other people.

The new setup sucks they removed the ellipticals and took out a lot of other machines for no reason. It was a big downgrade. I will be looking to go to other locations because of this. The equipment was still broken even after the rearrangement fly machine. It feels more cluttered now. Homeless people living in the lockerroom, homeless people sleeping on the massage beds, and won't wake up so others can use them. Employees sleeping in the massage chairs on the job. I heard an employee saying why clean, that he's not getting paid enough to clean, and told the other worker not to work so hard cause they are not getting paid enough to keep the facility clean. Could not believe what i was hearing. I've seen multiple fights at this location and have seen fights over people looking in the men's showers. Water fountain water filter is never changed or checked, tastes bad and told them for months and no change. I would recommend you take your business elsewhere.

It was my first time at this location and I was really disappointed. As soon as you walk in, it stinks. Yea I know, sweat right? But it doesn’t smell like sweat. It’s just smells unclean. I chose this location because there was two bars on the crowd meter but when I arrived it was definitely more like a 4 bar crowd. Who is in charge of this? In terms of machines, they have plenty of machines so they get the two stars for that. The worst part of this whole experience is that the black card spa is out of order, the staff let me walk right in without telling me and when I came out to ask how I can use the spa, the “temporarily out of order” was news to the staff because they didn’t know. While I was in there, the smell of humidity hit me so hard that it was so unpleasant to stay there and I quickly left out of this location. Planet Fitness, do better. It’s the new year when people are actually going to the gym, there’s no point in having a black card if the amenities are not even in order. And don’t ask me to email you because I’ve told you in this review what is wrong with your location. When you fix the problems, let me know.
