Francis is a great mentor/ coach that watched me blossom into this new version of myself. He has seen my struggles and taught me to correct them. With that, I genuinely appreciate Francis for pushing me in every session even when he made try new exercises that have never heard of! He is a big part of my fitness journey that I am grateful to be learning from Francis every week! His HIIT classes are very enjoyable and they make you SWEAT! They never disappoint! You will learn different exercises that you can implement them in your routine. Give him a visit and get a consult with him. Thank you Francis for going above and beyond for the gym community and others in their fitness journey. Did I mention he has very great knowledge in physical therapy and currently broadening his knowledge to help others in their journey. Francis is the real deal!

They started turning off the Sauna early. Spoke to about 20 other members the past month and we haven't been able to get it fixed. Not asking for anything that isn't already included. Will be more negatives reviews to follow.

Management knows what they're doing with the Sauna. It's going to cost them members and reviews until they fix it. Should be hot until it closes. They shut it off at 10:15.

I want to share about my experience at Crunch fitness. I love Zumba, but I love it more than ever because of Marta the best Zumba instructor there is. She is so passionate about dancing with all of us, she really engages with all of us students and makes everyone feel included. You don’t have to be a good dancer to take her class because her dances are easy to learn but you are guaranteed to have so much fun while burning calories. Marta makes fitness fun! Going to her classes is the highlight of my week. She has such a great variety of dances and great music. If you take her classes you will be hooked on going all the time!

I loved the idea of the kids club & I was so excited to join but the hours aren’t convenient. Open 8-12pm & 4:30-8 then closed from 12-4:30… 12-4 are the best hours to not only beat traffic but most people are at work. Paying the extra charge but without the extra benefits. Not worth it, might as well pay for outside child care to go to the gym… A shame. Maybe 12-1 to sanitize but 12-4:30. I tried to call ahead of time but no answer & it kept hanging up when being “directed” No corporate number either. It’s a shame. I have plenty of mom friends that homeschool & would love to have the 12-4 open for kids club but unfortunately not. Definitely do not recommend if you are looking for convenient hours. In theory it is great but in reality it doesn’t work out at least not for me.

I LOVE this Gym. Ashley in the front is the most helpful genuine sweetheart. She’s pretty rad. A dedicated staff super friendly and she welcome you with the prettiest smile. Never do I see here grumpy or showing her bad days at work. At least not every time I’m there and I come 5 days a week 2 hours each day in the last year and presence. The whole team so amazing awesome. Everyone get along real well. A CLEAN gym and let’s not talk about the LIFT LAB they have. Like outta this world bonus. Come get a work out in with me and stay fit. Ask for ASHLEY and see what I’m talking about

Save your money, just get the regular membership. This gym recently improved with the addition of the Lift Lab and other amenities. To gain access to the Lift Lab, you need to have a higher-tier membership. Here is the problem: the members paying the premium for access are essentially paying for all the other people who just walk in when someone else exits. There are also people leaving the door propped open, giving non-members access. How can they justify charging members while those who aren't paying still have access? They should just make it accessible to everyone. It's not fair to those who are actually paying for access.

Highly recommend this gym. It’s clean, organized, and they have to most nicest employees!!! Kaylee by the computers is very helpful, I’ve been in The gym when it’s super busy and instead of stressing out she’s always trying her hardest to be helpful. She’s the most sweetest girl. The gym has lots of options, treadmills, lifts, bikes, and much more!!! I could honestly say this is one of the best gyms!!

It's a good gym Best features : they have a cinema, you can work out in a dark room while they play a movie all day, one movie per day, I literally did one hour of cycling without noticing it Cons : - Only 5 showers !!!! The gym is so big and can have hundreds of people working out, but you guys have only 5 showers ??? Come on.... - People get inside the steam room with their clothes !!!! The clothes they just worked out with !!! It's disgusting First, no shoes should be allowed in the swimming area, where there are pools, sauna jacuzzi, and steam rooms. Secondly people should have a swimsuit period!!!!! So obviously I never got into those steam rooms For the rest, the gym is great. All the machines you need clean and work

I started my powerlifting journey in last year in September and have really excelled at Blueprint! Not only do they have great equipment, but they also have the most welcoming gym members. Everyone greets each other, helps one another, and truly motivate each other to push ourselves with our lifts. I highly recommend that everyone checks out BP to get the full experience. Come on by!

An experience you won’t find in ANY commercial gym!!! Calibrated kilo plates and high quality barbells aren’t the only reason I love working out at blueprint... the community is filled with like minded individuals working hard to get stronger, not to mention everyone genuinely cares about you! No douchey Bodybuilders with bad attitude here!!! Only positive vibes!!!

Great training facillity! The owners are very down to earth and hospitable. The friendly/hardworking vibe that members emit into the atmosphere just makes it a better and comfortable place to train at on top of the competiton grade equipment provided.

I was new to powerlifting when I joined the gym and this gym was the right choice. Not only is there plenty of equipment and space for more then 20 people to workout, but everyone who is a part of the gym is welcoming and open to help. 10/10 beat gym is SoCal
