She tailors each workout to their needs, pushing them just the right amount while keeping the sessions fun and engaging. Leslie is not only knowledgeable about fitness, she’s also incredibly motivating, encouraging them to stay consistent and focused. Easy to schedule and both kids have enjoyed their weekly sessions. Camps are great, too! Noticeable improvement in agility and coordination.
