Lynn's US Gym is an incredible and unique gym. Complete with old-school equipment, there's nothing particularly flashy about Lynn's gym, the charm IS that it is old-school. It attracts serious and consistent lifters, it's members are not here for classes, aesthetic, new equipment, cool saunas - they just attend to lift and lift seriously, alongside other people who are passionate about lifting. That said, what truly makes this gym special is the community it attracts. The gym goers here are consistent, it operates like clockwork, the same people come and go everyday at the same times and such consistency comes genuine connection. Lynn's is full of personality and experience. It begins with the staff who make the utmost effort to remember names and be friendly. John and Adam in particular always remember the conversations we have in passing about my weekend plans, always remind me to "be safe" when I leave. That translates to the gym-goers. My fiancé is in the military and I've relied on private, tight-knit gyms to make genuine connection and find friendships. Within a couple months, I made friends here through Lynns. Two of which are now some of my closest friends. I found a coach here who is incredibly passionate about teaching and my lifts have improved significantly. I have an overwhelming sense of gratitude for what this gym has brought to my life, and it's ironic because it's quite a simple gym at face value. Just know, there's much more to it than what meets the eye! If you're in need of a gym AND a sense of community, I highly recommend Lynn's US Gym.

Been going to this gym daily for over a year now , always feel welcomed and at home here . Real easy to learn lifts - tips from multiple trainers that help their clients here . If your looking for a gym with a hard working atmosphere this is the place , I’ve met a ton of people here who are constantly trying to be the hardest worker in the room

This place is awesome. So many exercise machines to workout on. Been there 3 times and it's never been super busy and we've gone at different hours of the day. I really like it. The staff is also super friendly and very helpful. Sabrina signed up my sister and me and my daughter and my son in law. It didnt take long at all. You have to go and try it out...you wont be disappointed.

I've been in the fitness world now for over 20 years and have to say this has been one of my favorite gyms to attend consistently. For starters the staff is reliable and friendly. You're greeted when you come in and thanked on the way out. In addition if there is any trouble with your membership they are quick to address it with tact and kindness. They seem to want to help and find a solution rather than just get your money. As for the facility, it's spacious and doesn't feel like you're on top of everyone. As a lifter I really appreciate the large section of power racks, Olympic lifting platforms and bumper plates. I don't think I've ever had to wait for a squat rack. There's also lots of benches on BB press and the dumbbell section. Lastly the locker room is large and provides plenty of space so you don't feel awkward with a bunch of people next to one another. I can't speak to the additional amenities because I'm pretty basic in my lifting style but for what I use a gym for it provides. I recommend it for beginners and advanced lifters.

I have had memberships with Planet Fitness and Anytime Fitness. I have made the rounds traveling working out at those gyms. I decided to jump on over to Crunch to work out during my stay in Corpus. I was a little surprised how small this place was. I am used to Crunch buying out the old 24 Hour Fitness Locations. My home gym is like 3 times the size of this one. The young lady working the desk was very friendly and professional. She had mentioned she used work at 24 Hour Fitness and remembered how cool that place was. The elliptical machines definitely needed to be replaced. I ended up moving to a recumbent bike to get my cardio in. Apparently this place is like my gym back home where there is not rhyme or reason how the strength machines are set up. If you are trying to work the circuit, you can not just jump from machine to machine. You have to get off one machine, more to another one that is 2 down from the one that you were on. It would be nice if you had machines that were in order. I did end up using the Aqua massage. The area was very clean and well laid out. I am glad to see a Crunch Fitness here in Corpus and look forward to coming back and working out again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I signed up online, I got a call within 24 hours from the staff wanting to get me setup with a personal trainer to see where they could help me with my fitness goals. The gym itself looked very clean and spacious. I will definitely be coming here more often.

I was treated very poorly today, I’m not sure what the issue was. I have gone to crunch gym over a year just recently to the newer one had the platinum membership the whole time, well I switched to basic just recently and miss Valerie can text me to head to the front desk mind you they called me last time to the front desk to offer me to upgrade right at that moment in order to use the massage chairs she was super helpful (not Valerie) so let’s proceed to today, she texted me I head up their mind you they offer last time to upgrade me she tells me I basically have to leave or upgrade so I said upgrade me she proceeded to tell me I couldn’t not do that, that I would have to drive over to the other which was really rude to work at the front desk… I told her I would call which I am to upgrade but super unhelpful I think they only cater to rich white people that's it. Felt so embarrassed leaving a gym I pay for and to be treated like that was 0/10 experience. Thank you for your time and support. I understand there are guidelines and rules in a gym but being helpful at the front desk could all be so simple, if you wanted to help correctly.

Nice staff, they don't judge too hard when I almost pass out and sit down in rest area a while (on heavy arm days). Lady at the Smoothie King is super nice too, dunno her name but she gave me rags & smoothies twice when I was blacking in & out, after episodes lifting.

Positives are that the gym is clean and the staff is friendly. However, it was not a good fit for me. When going to the gym anytime between 11am-8 pm the machines were packed. It’s clear that signing up as many members as possible takes president over the gym experience and taking account of how many machines you actually have to accommodate that many members. Many times I wasn’t able to complete a workout and had to adjust because of the line of people waiting for certain machines. There didn’t seem to be any type of dress code, some teens and adults wearing pajamas and house shoes. Many people on phones while on machines and not actually working out. Many people taking videos and photos for social media, having conversations at machines not allowing those to use the machines that are there to work out. I found myself having to adjust my schedule completely to work out late at nights just to be able to complete a workout. There aren’t enough heavy free weights in the woman’s only area either. The free weights there are light and only one set of each. There is a contract and you cannot just cancel anytime without penalty. Read the contract and ask questions before you sign up bc the advertisements are deceptive. You get what you pay for.

A wonderful gym to workout got kick out at planet fitness due to heavy lifting at 12 noon there's no other people that uses 45 kg plates this new manager Roy Ortiz short guy. 4 ft. Tall he just started to work as a new manager saying we don't allow heavy lifting at the gym the fact I'm with the gym for 3 years and there's no complaints against me lifting heavy. Immediately I cancelled my membership at planet fitness moved to flex fit but flex fit didn't last long I believe they are not compliant with the building management a sudden move and switch to freedom fitness was a shock but then I didn't regret the change I felt good working out here no Monday pizza or free bagels for members which is good staff are professional saw them every time I work out greeting people with a smile. Freedom fitness highly recommended to all people no racial profiling and racial discrimination not like. Planet fitness people need to stay away to planet fitness, dumbbells max weight are 70 kg which is not that heavy. This is a good way to express my gratitude to the gym staff's thank you all. God bless.

Gym is fine but whoever chose the air freshener at the Saratoga location should be fired. Obnoxious headache inducing old lady perfume smell assaults you the second you walk in the door.

TO CLARIFY: I was upset and no longer want to be part of this gym due to comments made about my body by other members, not the staff. The owner's response is unacceptable - in person when I tried to cancel my membership, I was told that the other members are allowed to say what they want. The environment isn't very body positive. I'm not the smallest and was made to feel pretty unwelcome. Also the cancellation fees are CRAZY and they make the process really difficult. You'd think they'd make it easier if they don't want chubby people at their gym

Do yourself a favor and don't sign a contract with this business. Jordan, the manager at this location (for only a few months btw) has now illegally charged my credit card for 3 months. I have documentation that I cancelled my membership, both via text and in writing with a letter personally delivered to the prior manager. I have documentation from the prior manager that I was only required to make one more $84 payment, which I did. And yet, Jordan cares about none of this documentation and continues to commit fraud in bad faith. She has personally ignored all of my legally binding written documentation and continues her fraudulent acts. I have reported the business and her personally to the Federal Trade Commission as repeated violations of the Fair Credit Billing Act.

HOTWORX is a great place to put in a workout. I highly recommend it to everyone. I have been a member since January 2024 and have seen the results. The Manager Sierra is professional and friendly all the time. She will take the time and explain everything that HOTWORK is about.....Alex
