Best Gyms with Free Weights near Conway, Arkansas

They have plenty of exercise equipment, many rooms, friendly staff, friendly patrons, it's super clean, they have meal plans, an awesome daycare (seriously, the staff and little ones are always laughing and having a good time), some high tech body scan equipment, saunas, showers, lockers, and it smells nice! (How you make a gym smell nice I have no idea! But it's super impressive!). This gym is wonderful and I highly recommend!

The best gym!!! Staff: Very friendly, helpful, will know you by name! Cleanliness: 10/10 staff are always cleaning during staffed hours and I have seen them cleaning outside of those hours and on Holidays. Sanitizer wipes located all throughout the gym as well! Bathrooms are so important to me and I’m consistently impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom/locker rooms. Equipment: Well taken care of, constantly upgrading as well! My husband is a competitive powerlifter who has everything he needs, and we can work out alongside each other in the same gym! Love that!! Atmosphere: Very welcoming, staff and other members are friendly! Any issues are quickly addressed personally by the owners who work in the gym on a regular basis. I have met so many new friends through the boot camp classes and childcare! It’s great meeting other moms who work out! Pricing: Basic and Premium memberships so you can choose what you pay! Super competitive pricing compared to other gyms who offer similar equipment and extras like tanning, sauna, massage chairs, free classes, etc. Childcare is $10/month/child which is crazy affordable and my kids look forward to our afternoon gym time! I couldn’t say enough about how great this gym is. You’ll just have to see for yourself!

I absolutely love this gym!! The people are very friendly and the owner is amazing. I've lapsed and restarted my fitness journey several times and he works with me each and every time. Extremely grateful and would recommend this gym to everyone.

Not a bad gym, but they will continue taking money out of your account after you cancel your membership. Will also take them out a day late and charge a late fee. From time to time. Would not recommend based on these issues

Great gym. I go early in the morning, and there are usually only 2 or 3 people there, so I can almost always get access to whatever machine or weights I want to use. Great selection of dumbbells and two squat racks. I dont particularly like the bench press bench, but it will just take some getting used to. Clean restroom. Clean environment overall.

If they spent half as much on the gym instead of the security system that prevents members from getting in it might be decent. Should be a last resort choice.

Instead of finding a more reasonable way (or any way at all) to distinguish between bringing a guest and being polite to strangers, this location has decided to take the most logical route and charge $8 to anyone who so much as holds the door for the person behind them. This business is either a scam or ran by lazy management. Whichever it is, this seriously puts me off from ever wanting to give them my money and hopefully it would for any reasonable person too.

Easy and convenient access, great atmosphere, clean, employees are phenomenal, and something for everyone.

I quit this gym. They said everything was good then they sent my account to collections where I was harassed for months on end. They completely denied that I ever quit and asked me to produce paperwork for it. Who keeps that kind of paperwork? The girl at the counter just said I was good and they hate to see me leave. Their crooks

A good, better than average college gym. Not very crowded. Free for UCA students, staff, and faculty. Spouses and family can purchase the membership annually or by semester. Various sport equipments are available for free rental. Staff at HPER center are generally very nice and kind.

The pool is awesome. Rock climbing wall, diving boards. They have everything one needs. If anyone is posting less than 5 stars it's only because they have a bad attitude and complain about an extremely cheap 5$ fee lol. Awesome outdoor hike. And my fave is the outdoor rec center one can borrow (students only) a kayak, camping gear, mnt. bike, etc. Also, you can't come to a gym for students and staff on campus and expect it to be your national training gym chain and get a free trial. Lol!! That made me laugh.

As a senior citizen who has always enjoyed learning, I decided to continue my education at UCA. I absolutely LOVE that place. Especially like the HPER Center where one can find any type of equipment and/or activity s/he might be interested in to help them get in shape and/or stay in shape.

The gym looked wonderful was justthere for a party but i wanted to test some things that were in there. The pool was nice.
