Returning to CrossFit Del Val felt like being welcomed home. From the moment I walked in, the coaches and other athletes made me feel like I had never been away, offering personalized guidance and encouragement that truly stood out. The community here is something special—everyone is supportive, and it feels like we’re all in this together, pushing each other to be better. It’s not just a gym; it’s a place where people are connected, challenged, and always supported in reaching their goals.

Rob was amazing as usual today! He is a great coach, motivator, and really cares about the members. Will be here for many years to come. Looking forward to the next class!

In town for son’s baseball tournament and happily going CFDV in quick map search! I was able to get in to a few classes and was super pleased! Coaching very thorough and enthusiastic. Members all welcoming and motivated! Gym was clean and organized. Best part was no dead time, got to work and moving each class. If you find yourself in the area or love local you’ll surely enjoy this CF! Thanks again for being great hosts. Andy.

Chris was awesome. Very helpful with describing mental cues to aid in the progression of form and technique. Very personable as well - made me feel as if I was a part of the gym even though I was only there for a drop in. His experienced based advice was a huge help being that I’m new to CrossFit. Fantastic gym.

CrossFit DelVal is my go to gym when I am in the area visiting family. It is a great gym with generous open gym hours, which I greatly appreciate. The staff is awesome and very accommodating. I highly recommend for anyone dropping in or someone looking for a place to regularly train.

I frequent Planet Fitness and would like to share some impressions. The restroom is very beautiful and clean, which is a positive point. However, if you plan to shower after your workout, it can be a bit uncomfortable. There is no private space to change clothes after the shower, meaning you have to change in front of other people in the restroom. Additionally, the shower stall is semi-transparent, which, despite being spacious, is inconvenient for those who prefer privacy while showering. In fact, I felt so uncomfortable that I had to go home to shower, which delayed me for work as I had to drive 30 minutes to shower at home. As for the rest of the gym, it is located in a prime and secure area with a wide view of the parking lot, allowing you to see from inside out. The equipment is excellent, and the staff is very friendly and always willing to help when needed. Overall, Planet Fitness offers a pleasant environment to work out, with some areas that could be improved to ensure greater comfort and privacy for its users.

Hi! I took a summer job this year, so I haven't been there since late February or early March, so when I went there this Wednesday, I was impressed to see that all of the "old fashioned" ellipticals had been replaced by new, state-of-the-art machines! So kudos on that upgrade! So please keep those types of upgrades coming! Regards!

Have been a member for years. I have used other PFs near my work or when on the road. There is not a staff like the Broomall PF staff. While they have changed over the years, they continue to be kind. Whenever I need info such as learning a new machine or what a certain section is used for, they are immediate in their positive response and assistance. Thank you PF Broomall staff.

Daniel, Pls Find something more productive to do with your time instead of concentrating your time around me. I’m sure you can find something more productive to attend to as the manager pls and thank you really would appreciate it👍 Idk what it is with gyms staffs lately but male staff gyms are consistently making me feel a considerate amount of unease it seems judging how male staff behave while viewing me. It needs to change because I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m being watched inappropriately during my workouts. it’s actually sickening to me to the point where I feel my body temperature drop from feelings of disgust.

The only team member here that's worth his weight is TJ. I'm sorry, but my membership days are dwindling. No urgency here to make things right as it relates to the machines. Old saying, you get what you pay for. Seated row time counter/rep clock down. On both. Told a staff member yesterday at 9amish about it (8/17) he looked more concerned as to why I made him pick his head up from watching a film on his phone. TJ is the only one that seems to give a damn. I will be certainly changing clubs soon. I'd rather pay $65 more for an elite gym where the staff shows a genuine sense of wellness, rather than have continuous conversations behind the desk and not roving around asking members if they need any health advice or form tips or anything. They could be so much better, but I don't see it. TJ, if you're reading this, I appreciate your introduction to this gym and your health and wellness skills points of view. I'm sorry bro, but your team needs work. They only come out from that desk to clean or use the bathroom. I need more.
