Like i said tanning bed/ stand up goes to 9 minutes max not 8. I don't know why this guy says it goes to 8 minutes max when clearly it goes to 9. He's the only one that says this. every one else is nice and friendly. You say you've been working here 3 years.. That means you been doing your job (wrong) for 3 years BUDDY. Lol.

Decently sized PF and they keep it nice and clean in there. Better than average bathroom situation. They are using older machines that dont have more modern adjustments like the new PFs have.

Med size gym with enough showers and equipment. 2hydrobeds but didn't have to wait. This gym uses a person to check in for VIP BLACK ROOM which we prefer than a computer than still a person at some other PL in the country Bathrooms are clean but need to be mopped more. @adventures_bonezngabby

Such a great location lacking some good hammer strength equipment which would if possible would give more then 5 starts, very nice place great staff, highly recommend for beginners.

I’ve been working with Sam for several months now. Health goals were my primary motivation and I had tried working with another trainer which unfortunately caused an injury. Sam met me where I was in terms of physical capability and has designed programming that is both challenging and fun. I enjoy my sessions with her and can honestly see results in my body, strength and how I feel overall.

Power Plant Gym is the place to be if you are looking for a tight knit group of awesome people to train/struggle with! There is always someone there to cheer you on or up depending on the day and what you need. Coaches are knowledgeable and will help you reach your goals; whatever they may be! Leslie K.

Training with Jess has been an incredible experience. I was new to powerlifting and strength training and we dived right in after discussing my goals and worries about injury. Jess patiently showed me how to do the major movements while keeping in mind my chronic pain from an old injury. I have avoided new injuries and pain flareups thanks to her guidance and have also developed noticeable strength that has translated over to my yoga practice. Best of all, Jess encouraged me to participate in a powerlifting meet earlier this year. Before working with her, I would NEVER have imagined myself to participate in an event like that. It was such an exhilarating and confidence-boosting experience-- I set two personal records during the event and it also motivated me to work out in between training sessions. So grateful to Jess for her supportive, skilled and fun coaching style!

I have been training at Power Plant Gym for over 2 years, it has been a wonderful experience. I train here about 3 times a week in their semi-private training LIFT program. I find the consistent, knowledgeable and professional trainers a powerful resource to my program. The facilities including location, equipment and awesome music make it a pleasant place to train. Mostly, the community of members create a positive and motivating workout environment. I love that they provide flexible class schedules and open gym, plenty of parking and most importantly the same group of quality trainers who push you in the right way. It’s a hard workout with happy people! And I am seeing results for sure. Increased strength, improved flexibility and no injuries. I highly recommend Power Plant Gym.

so one day you wake up and you say to yourself “I want to be a badass today” then you find a person that is doing badass things and you ask them “show me how to do badass things”…so if you want to be a badass and get a phd in badassery connect with Sam and Jess at Power Plant and go pull a car on Strongman Saturday…you will immediately feel like a badasss…then sign up for 1:1 seshs to continue the badassery…added bonus your butt gets strong…get after it 🙌🏼
