I love this studio! I can walk there and the staff is so kind! The only thing is the rooms always seem to be way hotter than other studios. I can do HPF at another studio and it feels great but when I do it at NP, I always end up feeling like I’m going to pass out. I don’t know if they do the temperatures different or if it’s just me. I’d love to be able to come to this studio more often!

The North Park Studio is wonderful, the staff and the classes are great! I have attended the HY1, Hot Fusion Yoga and the Restorative Class (which was a double class with HY1) and I LOVED IT!! I wished my schedule permitted me to go weekly but it doesn't, but when I have FRI's off I will definitely be attending HY1 & the Restorative class again!

When considering a yoga studio, ambiance and facility quality significantly impact the experience. Core Power Yoga, unfortunately, falls short in these aspects. The studio's state of disrepair and an unmistakable smell of mold or mildew are immediate red flags for anyone seeking a clean, serene environment for their practice. Moreover, it appears that Core Power Yoga's corporate oversight is lacking, particularly concerning the support and maintenance of their studios. This is especially concerning given the high membership fees charged, which one would expect to contribute towards a well-maintained and functioning facility. Several visits to different locations have revealed a pattern of neglect, including lack of hot water in showers and issues with heating systems that compromise the quality of hot yoga classes — a core offering that should never be compromised. Such inconsistencies not only detract from the overall experience but also raise questions about the value for money and the brand's commitment to providing a premium service. Given these experiences, it's challenging to recommend Core Power Yoga. While the quality of yoga instruction may still be high, the physical conditions and operational oversights are significant drawbacks. Prospective members are advised to consider these factors carefully and perhaps look into other studios that prioritize both the quality of their classes and the condition of their facilities.

Didn’t make it to class due to inability to find parking. I couldn’t find anything on their website site that mentions where to park and had to read the reviews. Pretty frustrating to come early and spend 20 mins to find parking and not make it in

The installations are very nice, clean and hot and humid (whrn needed) ample parking and they have classes almost every hour Monday through Sunday the only downfall I see is that not all the teachers are top notch, some of them really guide you, instruct you and you can tell theyre keeping the time so you can perform an even/balanced practice, others seem like theyre there to practice themselves and spend too much time talking instead of practicing, this is unfortunate because if you have a membership sometimes you cant or dont want to attend because the teacher in turn is not as good as others and is not as beneficial for your practice.

I've really enjoyed my first week. Attended 3 Core-1 sessions with three different instructors, and each was excellent. As a beginner to yoga, it's been very challenging, but I love it. The combination of strength training, stretching/flexibility, balance, as well as mind/body/spirit connection are terrific, and just what my body needs. Thank you!

My first time to this location. The yoga instructors did a great job. They taught me the way in how to direct your body core in easy way and to relief the tightness of my muscles. There are six instructors going around each yogis to correct posture and help out in a proper procedures. I felt my muscles softens and I felt more energy and flexible. I definitely will come back to do more Yoga.

This is where the Rancho ymca gymnastic classes are held. It's a pretty neat place with helpful staffs . Very good training for young gymnasts and little people who looks to have some fun along with learning. Few summer camps happen here too and they are usually good and engaging for kids . The playground and play structure are neat and welcoming ..

The gym provides gymnastics lessons from the YMCA and occasionally has basket ball games held there. The have art and dance rooms as well. Around the park area, there's a farm, a park where you could play baseball, a playground for your little kids, and a hiking trail. There is also a mini farm nearby with goats and chickens. There is also a tennis court where you can take tennis lessons.

The gymnasium facility hosts the YMCA gymnastics lessons. It has a ton of space for all the necessary equipment and lots of students.
