Absolutely love Pilates Blast. Whether you’re booking a class for the reformer or megaformer, you’re going to get an amazing workout. The class times are good and they have 2 bathrooms for heading to work after class. The studio is spotless, instructors are peppy, take time to correct your form and make you feel welcome. This studio is for all levels. I was brand new to Pilates when I started and I’m glad I picked Pilates Blast to stuff my Pilates journey at.

Easily the best studio around! The owner, Dani is FANTASTIC. Each instructor is so helpful and motivating. The classes are challenging, fun and most of all rewarding. The studio is a great vibe and extremely clean. I would highly recommend.

A friend invited me to check out Pilates Blast almost 2 years ago and I’ve been going ever since. This place is amazing. I have never stuck with a workout routine for more than 6 months so that makes Pilates Blast even more impressive! Everyone is so warm and inviting. The classes are so challenging and effective and seem to go by super quick! I highly recommend PB to everyone I meet.

Pilates blast is by far the best pilates studio I have been to. Yes the workouts are intense, effective, and so fun but the team of girls there is so sweet and supportive. They really take the time to know everyone more than just a general client. They also are very experienced instructors and that shows with the way they teach class and do personalized adjustments. The studio is also so cute and makes the workout even more enjoyable !!!

Bella is among the best, most exceptional, Yoga teachers out there. Her words and pace provide clear focus and energy, enabling you to glide smoothly through poses with the right amount of effort. If you haven't tried a class with Bella, you're missing out on a great one.

Mary Ansel’s vision is a philanthropic gem with amazing yoga throughout! I have been going to OH since the beginning and Mary has a beautiful manner to teach whether she’s in studio or on the beach. I now have tried aerial yoga as well, both instructors were fabulous, but Abbey shows you that yoga, strength and aerial combines for an amazing experience.

I took my very first yoga class about a month ago at Open Heart Yoga and I absolutely fell in love. The classes are suitable for beginners like me and also for very experienced yogis who frequently comment on how much they loved the class when we are finished. I immediately felt like part of a family when I joined, which is a sentiment to the environment and all of the people in it. OHY offers a variety of classes which all focus on different aspects of yoga, and the best part is that with every class or package you buy, they are giving back to our community. (Check out what they are all about on their website!) I am so excited to continue my journey with yoga at this studio. My husband even comes with me sometimes and also loves it. It is for anybody and everybody!

I am forever grateful that I found Open Heart Yoga two years ago. The space is beautiful, the teachers are incredible and the whole community is just very special. Mary, the owner, has created an environment where both beginner and advanced students can feel comfortable to learn, grow and flow. Their mission of giving back to the community was also a selling point for me. My practice has grown so much since I began coming here, and I would (and do!!) recommend it to anyone interested in yoga!! PS the music rocks!

My husband and I began our yoga journey at Open Heart Yoga over two years ago. We have stayed with it, because we enjoy the instructors and their music, and we appreciate that Open Heart Yoga gives back to the community. We also like that classes are offered in-person and virtual. Out of all the fitness programs we’ve tried over the years, Open Heart has been by far our favorite and most comprehensive workout because it addresses the mind and body. We are also satisfied with our results and what we learn in class - improved strength, flexibility and balance, and breathing techniques (cleansing breaths) that channel mindfulness helping us deal with day-to-day stress.
