I absolutely love this gym! It's like being part of a big, happy family. The staff is so kind and welcoming, and the environment feels really safe. Everyone here, from the employees to the members, is just so friendly and nice.

I had a great work out a planet fitness Jerome. I usually go to the one on Fordham but I’m definitely returning to the Jerome location. I love that the treadmills rum for an hour long instead of half an hour.

STOP DON’t sign up!!!! This location will continue to charge your credit card when you cancel. Please see attached photos! I canceled my membership and Emily refused to and kept giving me the run around. I called, emailed twice and I still got charged. I called again once I was charged and she refused to do it. I threatened to charge her with unauthorized charging of my card I finally got it canceled and still no refund. I canceled on Oct 11 and as you can see they continued to charge me. The worst company in NYC. The WORST!!!

Better than Broadway in Manhattan so far. Just feels way cleaner. Definitely depends on the time of day but this gym is not busy at all between 2-4am!
