Sculpt has made me fall in love with the gym. After trying different big box gyms and never being consistent I wanted to try something new. At Sculpt I always feel welcomed! Trainers are always helpful and friendly. My fellow gym goers are supportive and you really feel a sense of community. Sculpt provides a safe space for a workout and the know how to help you achieve your goals. I highly recommend Sculpt to be your future gym!

I give this gym a 10 out of 10. They have provided me with everything I’ve wanted in my fitness journey. I’m currently in the group work outs and I really enjoy them. The trainer that trains me gives me guidance, motivation and corrects my form The gym is clean friendly and very supportive. I love the fact that I just have to show up and give my full effort because everything else has been taken Care of and no time is wasted.

I love the people at this gym! From my first telephone call to Dave, I know the small group training was for me. It’s been a great way to reintroduce fitness back in my life at my own pace. No bodybuilding contest here, just real folks doing their best. That was such a relief, regular people ! My kind of supportive people. Once you join sculpt you feel like family. Nobody is hiding the secrets! High protein folks.! I’ve learned so much and I love Dave and all the coaches !

We moved to Long Beach recently & I had been looking for a small group fitness class similar to the one I had been attending. I found Sculpt Fitness & decided to give it a try. After speaking with David & explaining what I was looking for, he recommended semi-private training. It is a small group led by a Coach. We all have personalized work outs, so we are doing different exercises. Coaches Fernando & Angel have been very supportive & have really helped me with my form (still working on that). I appreciate the attention they give me & the instructions on proper execution of the different moves. David also includes nutrition advice, so it’s a well rounded way to improve your health. I look forward to my workouts every week & am very happy that I found Sculpt Fitness.

This has been my favorite small group gyms that I have joined. I found Sculpt Fitness through Class Pass and decided to join after a few weeks of taking their classes. The classes are challenging, the people are friendly, and all of the coaches are encouraging. I primarily workout with Coach Fernando, and he is great about adjusting my form and challenging me to use heavier weights safely. When I joined, I received a 1-on-1 session with Coach David who gave me a very informative nutrition packet and helped me to find ways to add protein into family-favorite meals rather than completely changing what I eat. I truly appreciate that approach, because it feels more sustainable. I love that I can schedule my classes for the week in an app, and the class sizes are small so the coaches can focus on everyone. One other aspect I find valuable is the accountability component. If I have a scheduled class and I accidentally miss it (which is very rare), I will receive a message from my coach checking in on me. There’s never judgment about me missing a class, just accountability, and I appreciate that. Definitely give this gym a try if you are in the area!
