I love Burn! There is always someone there to put a smile on your face whether at the front desk, the trainers, someone in child watch, or someone else working out. The trainers are all incredible and push you to do your best. I always feel so good after a workout! Each day is a different protocol (strength, cardio, conditioning, etc…), and every week the protocols change. I have never had the same workout twice. One of the best parts about Burn is that there is child care! I am so glad I joined 5 years ago!

The best gym, community, and trainers! This is the first time I have found consistency and truly believe it is due to the community and trainers. I cannot imagine my life without burn now. Also child watch is a huge plus!!

This place is more than a gym. Its community. Step inside and you will find women (and some men) of all ages, physical appearance, and workout levels. It’s 45 mins of encouraging each other, sweating, and hi-fives. The owners and trainers pour their hearts into this gym. If you are looking to change your health and mindset this is the place to do it!

Had my first visit last week and it was a great experience. Everyone was so nice. Special shout out to Megan and Lori who made sure I was comfortable and took the time to make sure I was doing everything correctly. Definitely recommend!

I really love this gym. They are incredibly motivated to help you succeed all your fitness and personal goals. I started here to help give myself pain relief by building strength to overcome multiple injuries. The trainers helped with physical and mental limitations through modified workouts. I have been pleasantly surprised at the effect it’s had on my confidence and ability to feel like part of a community. I’m finally feeling like me again and quite strong too.
