I LOVE bodyrok. After a pretty gnarly fall in July, I struggled to find ways to move my body that didn’t aggravate my injuries. I fell in love with Pilates over the summer and when Bodyrok opened it felt like a perfect match! All the staff are amazing, the environment is so supportive, and I have a blast every class. Huge shoutout to Miranda, who always makes me feel motivated to push myself, and comfortable to take an option when I need it. 10/10 my favorite workout :)

I’m so happy I found BodyRok! As someone who has been doing workout classes for years bodyrok is my favorite! The instructors and staff are the best!
