The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive, with amazing staff and a strong team mentality that makes you feel like you truly belong. The coaches are incredible—they keep you motivated, hold you accountable, and make you want to keep coming back. I’m thankful to have found this gym. Athlas training team is the best academy in Fort Lauderdale. The staff is extremely competent and friendly, and I felt very welcomed.

The class I took was a great experience, I came in with no knowledge whatsoever and the coach, Sadhu, made it very easy to learn. He took time to explain the moves to my roommate and I while still effectively teaching the class. The environment was overall very fun and welcoming. Definitely hope to be back!
