I ❤️ KP! I was very reluctant and intimidated to go to a personal trainer but I had a mountain climbing trip to train for and signed up with him. I made it to 19,341 feet and know his training helped me get there! KP is super focused, knowledgeable and patient. He always customizes my sessions for my joint challenges and many injuries— but I’m always improving. I recommend him to anyone at any level of fitness!

I received notification this morning that I have been indefinitely barred from all Brick Bodies locations. My membership at this particular establishment spanned a mere three months before discord began to manifest, both within the gym environment and among its staff, subsequent to my viral ascension on TikTok, which led to my recognition by other gym members. The incident last Friday nearly escalated into a full-scale altercation. I found myself the target of harassment by three individuals. Despite notifying the staff, no action was taken, compelling me to resort to reprimanding two of the aggressors vociferously and departing the gym posthaste. The origin of the conflict lay in the egregious monopolization of the leg press machines by a couple, who occupied them for an excessive duration exceeding 45 minutes. The situation further deteriorated when the boyfriend, prompted by his girlfriend, confronted me after I gestured contemptuously at her. The girlfriend, in turn, enlisted a third party by falsely claiming the machine was available while I was engaged in a discussion with gym personnel. This third individual refused to vacate the machine, and the staff's refusal to intervene forced my exit. To the proprietors of Brick Bodies, permit me to elucidate several critical points you seem to overlook: 1. I am a Level 5 Google reviewer. 2. As a celebrity, I possess substantial influence, capable of significantly impacting your entire business's bottom line should this conflict persist. 3. I am a U.S. Army Veteran; our resolve is unwavering, and we do not capitulate to anyone. This will serve as my final communiqué on the matter. Should you choose to prolong this dispute, I am prepared to engage further. Residents of Maryland, be forewarned: this gym does not prioritize the safety of its patrons, nor does it adequately accommodate celebrities. Additionally, their prohibition of recording, a policy they fail to disclose to new members, is utterly nonsensical in the year 2024.

I am only giving this gym 2 stars because of the lack of resolution with regards to no towels. I was first a member at Padonia. I was so excited when the Rotunda location opened because it is near my home. Everything about the gym is really top notch except for management's inability to resolve this towel issue. You are a Baltimore's Best gym recipient. 10 months ago someone complained on Google reviews. You can easily hire a towel service to resolve this issue. It makes the members at the Rotunda location feel less important than the other locations. It's not right. Get a towel service for goodness sake. Respect your paying members.

Please note - I have not used this facility, I only inquired about pricing for short-term use and want to share since I couldn't find this information on their website. I was looking for a gym I could use for a week while traveling in the Baltimore area. For a single day pass, price is $30 and for a week pass price is $45. I understand I'm not the type of customer this gym is looking for, but I did find this pricing to be pretty steep - which is why I will not visit this facility.

After recently moving from Australia, I wanted to find a gym where I felt comfortable and could settle into a routine. I looked at a few other gyms, and I am so glad I found Brick Bodies! Chloe was absolutely brilliant to help with the sign up process, and she always checks in with me when she sees me at the gym. They have a great range of class offerings as well as a huge gym! The staff are friendly, and I love Christina’s Body Pump classes!! Would absolutely recommend Brick Bodies to anybody!!

Hayden our instructor was wonderful! We had never taken a CorePower class before and she was so welcoming and helped us set up our locker, mats, and weights. She was an excellent instructor and led the class with confidence with a fluid routine. She has a calming voice and made us feel so welcome and comfortable to let us really enjoy the class. Our class had a little bit of everything with classic yoga poses, strength training, and cardio workouts. I was exhausted and had a great experience. I would recommend CorePower to anyone especially with Hayden!

I attended my first class at Core power today the studio was extremely clean and welcoming from the moment that I entered I was greeted by Kisha. She was my yoga instructor for the C1 beginner class. She made me feel right at home, The class was intimate, and I did not feel as if I could not complete the poses but that I was welcome to take my time and move at my own pace. I am looking forward to attending her class in order to learn more about yoga.

Way too corporate. After having paid over $2,000 for a year of unlimited I reached my limit. With a $180 a month membership you get 1. Newly graduated instructors. Don’t get me wrong, there are experienced yoga teachers too, but they only teach once a week if that. 2. With unlimited, you still get nickel and dimed for missed classes…so if you sign up for a class, and get stuck in traffic, despite paying for unlimited classes you get an additional $15 charged per class. 3. You have to bring your own towels otherwise $15 charge 4. The studio has 1 shower 5. Studio does not enforce no cell phone zones so you have classmates taking pictures texting and all around buzzing while you try to unplug 6. (This was the last straw for me) they now have started to push the teacher training so hard that before and after a class, the instructor is forced to give studio announcements revolving around $pecial$ and other moneymaking activities 7. Classes can get cancelled even if you signed up, and when they do, you don’t get a $15 credit. See complaint 2. This should go both ways. Despicable. Yoga is a practice for self betterment, not whatever the hell this is. To a small locally owned studio I go.

Best yoga studio in Baltimore. If you've ever wanted to give yoga a try this is your chance!!! I've been practicing at Yoga Union for about 6 months and couldn't recommend it more highly to friends and family. I've gained real strength, balance, and endurance through my practice. And the best part is that I've gained the majority of my practice through attending the $6 community classes. Seriously, where else can you do ANYTHING for $6?!?!

So, so glad Yoga Union exists. Every teacher has a unique style and all are welcoming for students of all levels. I've never felt judged for one second, and I look forward to coming back each time I leave. I tell people that you could honestly lay on your mat the whole class. Someone would likely ask you if you're alright but other than that, you are truly free to use your mat space as your own. The studio space is cute, the rates are affordable. A wonderful place to practice yoga and mat pilates! Update to add that it's super easy to bring a friend/guest to a class and introduce someone to yoga and/or the studio.

I discovered Yoga Union recently and am glad I did. I had reached out to a yoga teacher in town & told her what I was looking for in an instructor. Lisa Shealey was recommended. I took one of her Flow classes & loved not only her teaching style but her vibe & that of the studio. Always wanting to experience something new & be challenged I tried Stephanie’s Katonah Yoga. I am now a regular in her Monday Katonah class. I continue to learn & grow with each class. Happy to have Yoga Union as a weekly part of my yoga journey.

My Slow Flow class with Naomi was exceptional. I’m a true beginner to the yoga practice and it was my friends’ first class and she loved it. I wish I could find more classes at this pace. The communication with the studio was rapid and they answered my questions as well as concerns. I look forward to checking out another class that Naomi teaches. I’ve attended other yoga classes in the area and her teaching is very detailed, and she demonstrates while teaching.

Great space, and lovely studio! I attended Cadie's $6 Community Yoga class recently, and I found it to be an encouraging and accessible class. I highly recommend it if you're thinking about checking out yoga, but feel intimidated. Additionally, the space is peaceful and welcoming. I'm looking forward to more classes at Yoga Union!
