Have loved my experience here. Gym equipment - strength and cardio - is very high quality. Facilities are always very clean. The family plan is a great deal for those with kids. My kids really enjoy the swim lessons here and various activities like the Halloween outing. I would suggest others with kids also explore the option to have your young kids’ birthday party here. The room they offer is very big and allows you to let the kids run around and play games in the gym.

I love this Y! The variety of classes they offer on a weekly basis from Barre to Kettlebells to indoor cycling to HIIT is amazing for the monthly membership option they offer. The instructors are enthusiastic and seem to really love to teach which provides for an awesome atmosphere for group exercise. The facilities have improved since I first joined in 2018, with the cardio room having more machines and equipment for stretching and strengthening. The pools and women’s bathroom haven’t changed AFICT but still a great addition to the membership. The facilities always look, smell, and feel clean. My few interactions with the staff re membership have always been great. They’ve helped me get setup quickly and with helpful explanations of the Y’s policies. Before joining again last month after a long hiatus, I considered joining an OrangeTheory or CrossFit gym to get variety in my workouts, but they can’t beat the price, offerings, and the nice atmosphere this Y offers.

Back in the day, I was an avid swimmer. I was able to cross Olympic sized pools and lakes with ease. As I entered the work force, I stopped being as active with my cardio. Recently, I had decided to get back into the gym with my son, and also decided to start swimming with the whole family. After signing up, we all headed to the pool and all the lifeguards were incredibly kind to us. One of the lifeguards, Bridget, even gave my young daughter pointers on her swimming form. Great experience and we are excited to come back!

My wife and I are visiting from North Carolina and are members of our local YMCA. We were surprised and disappointed when I was told today that only local members are allowed to play pickleball at this facility. Apparently this rule was effective starting today. I thought that I knew the definition of reciprocity but obviously I do not. I am also unaware of any restrictions on the amenities that New Jersey members can enjoy while visiting North Carolina YMCA facilities. Truly saddened by this decision you folks have made here. I hope we all don’t go down the same path.

I love this place. The babysitting room is so amazing and my daughter absolutely loves coming here for her swim lessons and other activities. As a hardworking father it’s relieving knowing my daughter is having fun and in good safe hands while I get a little “me time” to finally get myself back into shape and relax in the sauna and steam room. This place is clean, extremely friendly and family oriented. 10/10 in my eyes
