Love this Gym but most of all the people!!! EVERY trainer is friendly and supportive. I work directly with Kyle and he has been amazing! Custom tailored work outs for you and what your goals are. I’ve worked with several trainers in the past and non have had the attention to detail or concern that Kyle has. Joey also was super nice on my tour. But honestly, everyone here is awesome. If you are thinking about training or even just working out, do it! This is the place to be! I personally highly suggest getting a trainer and let them set you on a path to success.

I highly recommend 480 Fitness; Tyler and his team in Chandler are about the difference between “Going to a trainer” and “Training.” They don’t look up the latest trends on social media or copy generic workout plans; instead, they customize each training session and overall program to your individual goals while continuously adjusting it as your body responds and changes over time. This is the best gym in the East Valley, AND it’s locally owned. The facility is always kept clean by the friendly staff; plus, they are constantly upgrading machines and adding more squat racks to make sure you can always get your workout in without waiting.

Great fitness center. Has all your equipment for olympic lifts and all the machines you could possibly want. Staff is down to earth and actually look like personal trainers. The Day care is awesome. This place is legit.

Not a huge gym but I've never had to wait for someone to finish using a machine. Clean, good atmosphere, and everyone's friendly which is a big plus

Very happy with this membership. Friendly staff, great facility. Some machines but plenty of free weights. They even have an impact room with reinforced floors if you want to exercise olympic lifts. I've never had to wait for a rack or any free weights. They have thrive classes and other group classes as well. This place is legit. Highly recommend.

Nathalie and Chris helped me sort out a billing issue that other branches were not trying to look into. They went the extra mile to make sure I was treated right. During these times it’s very hard to come across unselfish and helpful individuals, and I definitely got lucky to have received their help. Picture from a different branch (where they wouldn’t bother helping me) since I was away from home, but this Chandler location is always in pristine condition and the staff is very friendly.

I just started going to Eos and I love it! It's clean, has great equipment, is a good size, offers classes, and the staff is great! I am regularly there in the morning and with each morning i come in and leave Chris is so kind to remember my name and greet me as i walk in and leave. If you need anything, ASK CHRIS! He is great.

My wife has the black membership, so she gets to bring a guest whenever she wants. I go with her when I have a day off. The staff is friendly, and they have never pressured me to get my own membership (though they do offer). There is a good variety of weights and machines, very clean, busy but workable

I go to this gym pretty regularly but it's hard to rate it higher than a 2. Any given day half the paper towel dispensers are empty. The equipment is... probably never cleaned. The treadmills are definitely poorly cleaned. It's just a shame how poorly maintained this gym is. I even submitted feedback via the website and never heard back. What do employees even do here?

This place is awesome! Signed up after being at planet fitness and never looked back. Been here for over 7 years and this is by far the best gym ever! What sold me at 1st was the friendly staff and management, and the place was so clean and it smells nice like a spa. There are a lot of activities and classes to do here. All the instructors are top notch, caring and professionals. Lionel has been the best personal trainer out of all the places we have trained at. If you do a variety of classes, this place is worth the value compared to paying class by class individually at several places that just do cycle, pilates, yoga, etc. They have also have club activities like cornhole, wine tastings, and club parties.

The Village is incredible. I view it as not only a place to exercise with a group or individually it's my special happy place. As a senior woman I initially thought I might be uncomfortable there. The opposite happened. I have made many friends there through the years. I participate as often as possible in activities, classes, including my favorite, Taquata, which is water aerobics. The Village is a beautiful place to be, everything is spotless, and there's just so much to do there, including the Spa which is amazing. The class instructors are very knowledgeable and professional and care about their students. It's the absolute best HealthClub.

Was long term Lifetime fitness member and comparing - Ocitillo Village is higher priced but showers / locker room not as nice. Unlike lifetime I find I avoid the shower and the locker room in general. Further free weight area is limited equipment at peak times. Place is crowded and have to wait for key stations - bench, pec deck, dumbbells etc. I do enjoy the variety of weight equipment.

The staff are not competent everything about the gym is terrible, they hire racists to talk to people and treat them with absolute disrespect. Would never recommend.

Awesome facility! I'm here 5-days per week. There's plenty of available fitness/strength and weight loss options. My favorite is the "always clean" sauna. Go see Kristen for any assistance. She's the best!

Marco is an outstanding gym employee who truly goes above and beyond for members. He is always friendly, approachable, and willing to help with anything, whether it’s demonstrating proper form, giving workout advice, or simply offering encouragement. His dedication to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment makes the gym a great place to train. Marco’s positive attitude and commitment to customer service make a huge difference, and it’s always a pleasure to see him at the gym. Highly recommend him for his professionalism and great energy!

I really love this gym and it’s mostly due to the staff at this location. I have had the pleasure of working with multiple trainers and they have been phenomenal. The front desk staff is always so friendly and makes sure to welcome you in and say goodbye. It makes all the difference to have such wonderful staff.

It was a day that started off just like any other, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. After finishing my workout, I was approached by the manager, a woman with purple hair, with a very significant BMI, instantly started yelling at me. She accused me of being a "rowdy teenager" and causing chaos in the facility—none of which was true. I had been minding my business, just like everyone else. But despite my attempts to explain, she continued to shout at me, completely disregarding my innocence. Things escalated even further when she threatened to revoke my membership. I had done nothing wrong, but here I was, being treated like a criminal. What made the situation even worse was when she decided to punish the entire group of people in the area as if we were all guilty of the same thing. This was no small issue. What the manager did was a direct violation of basic human rights, and in my mind, it went far beyond a simple case of workplace injustice—it was, in fact, a form of collective punishment. Collective punishment is forbidden under international law, particularly under the Geneva Conventions, which were designed to protect individuals in times of war and conflict. Under Article 33 of the Fourth Geneva Convention, collective punishment is prohibited. It states that "no protected person may be punished for an offense he or she has not personally committed." In other words, punishing a whole group for the actions (or supposed actions) of one individual is not just unfair, it’s a war crime. The fact that I was accused of something I didn’t do and then subjected to a punishment that affected others, all while the manager ignored my rights to a fair process, felt like a clear violation of those protections. It’s crazy to think that something like this could be considered a war crime, but when you break it down, it makes sense. Collective punishment, whether in a time of war or peace, denies an individual the right to justice and accountability. In this case, it was as though my entire existence in that space was invalidated by one person’s decision to impose unjust consequences. The emotional toll and sense of injustice I felt in that moment were overwhelming. I never imagined that a seemingly trivial interaction would feel so much like a violation of human rights—something as serious as a war crime.

I’ve been visiting this gym for a while now, I have never seen it in better condition than it is currently. Their Operations Manager Kristin leads by example and is very involved, which I believe has influenced the front desk to display consistent confidence and friendliness. I’m so grateful to see this location being changed for the better!
