Joined towards to end of last year. I come consistently and really love the variety of equipment it has. However… they REALLY need to do a better job with cleaning! Out of the 5x a week I come, the women’s restroom is typically dirty 4x… I have mentioned this to both of the morning managers. I do abs everyday and those areas tend to have a lot of dirt and hair. I always make sure to lay on a mat but it still gives me gross vibes… Lastly, id like to add a suggestion of adding hooks to hang items on the restroom doors.

I enjoy it but it's not a flawless gym. Their workout classes involving the treadmill class takes up 90 percent of the treadmills. Kicking you off or joining their class if you are using one. I have to check on the crunch app to ensure I'm not doing cardio on the day they're running a class. Or risk getting kicked off a treadmill. Other than that. I enjoy this gym. I added the kids club hours pic for reference for the parents.

I love this gym! I've been coming here since they opened. Some of the classes fill up quickly but I just set an alarm for the classes I want to sign up for and haven't had an issue with booking. If I forget to sign up in time and it's full it's not a big deal. I just workout on the machines. All the different classes provided are pretty fun and a good workout. Depending on the class and instructor they will tell you to come even if it shows that it's full. I also utilize their Kids Crunch for all 3 of my kids and they always have a great time. I've seen the caregivers sit down and play group games or an activity with the kids. The gym employees are very kind and professional. I feel like overall the gym and locker room is pretty clean. I love the fact that it's open 24/7 so I can still come whenever I get the chance because some days are crazier than others.

You have to stay for 60 days, or you will have to pay the yearly fee and one month! I recently signed up for Crunch Fitness with a $1 enrollment deal without touring the facilities first—a choice I now regret. When I finally visited, I quickly realized it wasn’t going to work for me. They have only a few of the machines I rely on for a knee injury, and the setup is completely different from what I expected based on the former 24 Hour Fitness at this location. Unlike that gym, Crunch doesn’t offer basketball courts, and the layout is very open, with limited privacy. Even though Planet Fitness is smaller, their layout feels more thoughtfully arranged, with private areas that make the space feel more comfortable. The locker room also lacks designated changing rooms, which is challenging for me as I come straight from work and prefer not to change in an open area. After seeing the facilities, I decided to cancel my membership. Unfortunately, it took a full week of calls and waiting to connect with a manager just to figure out the cancellation process, and I was charged for a month and an annual fee despite only being there for about an hour. The only reason I’m not giving one star is because the manager, John, was very kind and helpful when I finally spoke with him. If you’re considering joining, I strongly recommend touring this gym first to make sure it aligns with your needs. As a single mom, I’m hardworking and careful with my finances, so I’m disappointed I fell for the $1 deal and hope others can make a fully informed decision.

This is my 3rd "home" location and ive also been to MANY, MANY crunches around the country since I basically live on the road during the summer and this one by far is the best one I've been to. The staff is amazing, sauna is always hot, & I never have issues waiting patently for my equipment I want to use. It's not that hard to look at the schedule and see when classes are to avoid them. ✨️ Shout Out to Jon for always going above and beyond for his guest. From a business owner prospective, applaud you and will definitely keep recommending to my friends.
