This gym keeps every section clean. From the main gym floor to even the bathrooms. Depending on the level of membership, the amenities are worth it. Weights, cable machines, classes, swimming, sauna, steam room, the recovery room with message machines, and their smoothie and shakes area. And for those with kids, check out their kids center.

Have been to this gym as a buddy with my friend's Max membership and by using a 1 week free trial on the app. I like the gym, the equipment, amenities and decided to pull the trigger and get the Max membership with Kids Club access so I can bring my kids to the gym when I work out. I walked in and said I wanted to join. Then I was directed to fill out my information on the app already on my phone. I wanted to use a credit card as my form of payment and told that I could. However I was told by the supervisor that I would be charged a $30 fee if I used a credit card as my form of payment. When I questioned this and why the app seemed to not allow me to move forward without banking info, the supervisor said the app wouldn't let me sign up without banking information in order to save me this $30 fee, and that if I insisted on using a card, she would have to create a whole new account for on their side, and to just go ahead and fill out my banking information anyway. This struck me as odd and I prefer to use my credit card for monthly expenses like gym memberships rather than my full blown banking information. I don't understand the $30 setup fee for using a credit card. Is this fee listed in the promo ads for $1 enrollment? Is this just an arbitrary penalty for using a card instead of my banking information because it's easier to pull money from bank accounts rather than charge credit cards? I was told by both the employees I spoke to that it was an option to use a card for my monthly dues, but only if i was ok with the extra hassle and an arbitrary up front fee of $30. This seems unfair. I came in to purchase the Max membership but walked out with nothing because no one was able to explain this to me. If it's supposedly an option to use a card, why are employees trained to simply insist/pressure you to give up your banking information? Frankly, I've been a member of a lot of gyms and this was weird to me, so I walked out.

I Like this gym and their amenities, but can the bathroom stalls be attended more frequently?. I have been coming here for about five months now and the toilets are consistently discussing. And I know it’s not because there isn’t someone to do it because I guarantee there is 2-4 workers hanging out in the front to greet people every day.

Alright...so this place has been open for almost 1 day. Go ahead and ignore 98% of the previous reviews as they have nothing to do with the actual facility... and are all about the LONG delay we all had (I signed up in May of 2022). The facility itself is beautiful. Obviously, it is very clean as it is new. The staff have also been friendly whenever I've asked questions. There are all types of workout equipment and areas. Barbell weights feel solid, and dumbbells go up to 100 lbs. There's a yoga room, meditation room, cinema room (yes, watch a movie while doing cardio), outside workout area, group exercise area. Bathrooms are very nice and showers are big! There are plenty of drinks choices, and it's not overly cold (like Planet Fitness that has all their giant fans turned on to keep their gyms at 50° or below 🙄). I'm definitely looking forward to using this gym and checking out the other ones around California in time.

Here to give 5/5 stars to combat everyone who decided to rate this place 1/5 before it even opened. How do you feel now? This place, especially for the price, is absolutely phenomenal. The facility is massive and whenever you think you’ve seen everything, there’s more. The cinema is no joke, the stereo system is on par with an actual theater experience. There’s SO MUCH equipment—gone are the days where I have to wait an hour to use one of the three benches that are functional (I’m looking at you PF). I can’t say too much about the pool yet since it won’t be open for another month but it looks super promising. Seeing as it was their first week opening, I didn’t expect too much from the smoothies, so I’ll give them a pass on that but excited to try other drinks on the menu. The staff almost remind me of the kind of employees you’d find working at an Apple store. Shout out to Matt for giving me an awesome tour and getting me hyped up to come in for my first workout session there. So excited to see this place grow and thrive.
