Best gym in the area, without a doubt. Doesn't even feel like a typical gym they treat us like we're family and not just a number or a customer. Everything's nice and clean and you will feel welcomed from the time you walk in to the time you leave. And I've had the pleasure of working with Drayvon as my gym trainer. I can confidently say that Drayvon was instrumental in helping me achieve my fitness goals! This place is the Best gym I’ve ever been to 🫶🏼

I’ve had a great experience at this location! The operating hours are very convenient, and I appreciate that the peak hours are posted, helping me plan my workouts better. The gym itself is always clean, which makes a big difference in the overall experience. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly, and they’re always welcoming, even when I’m on pre-workout and a bit hyped up! It’s a great environment, and I feel supported every time I visit.

Signed up on Sunday 12/8/24 with Vinnie! During enrollment, I made it clear that I had two children who were athletes, who’d be training in the gym. (This was my primary reason for signing up).I also shared that during the week, they would be training independently ! Vinnie shared all that needed to be completed for independent, unsupervised training were waivers. I downloaded the app to sign the waivers before leaving, in front of him, with his help ! Fast forward to today, my children were first denied access and was told I needed to be present. I spoke to the very unhelpful manager, Gaby! I immediately shared with her the conversation with Vinnie during enrollment and if my children couldn’t train, I would cancel my membership immediately. Gaby first stated, she had to speak with an Admin and could give me a call next week! Gaby then, states my daughter needed the membership in her name and not mine ! I advised if my daughter needs the membership in her name. The membership will need to be downgraded from Super to Basic because my daughter will not be participating in classes. She immediately, followed up with, she will again need to speak with Admin! Another issue, Gaby couldn’t resolve alone. Please ensure the person you sign up with - knows exactly what they are talking about ! There was no urgency to identify or resolve the issue. This gym- basically tells you whatever to get you to sign up ! The staff are clearly not on the same page ! The admins or people who make the major decisions aren’t on site when needed! I already regret signing up with this gym! Don’t do it ! I thought this would be a great idea- because I love taking classes, my children love to train, they have a child care area, but customer service, solution driven business practices are most important to me! Edge Fitness Voorhees should retrain their staff on those areas, for sure!

Watch Edge management- they don’t keep to their contract agreements and change policy without notice. When I signed up my membership it was explicitly agreed with the management at the time to use the proper spinning bikes for training in poor weather conditions as I’m on the USA Triathlon Team and currently regularly compete at the World Championships (65 date and 4 for 2025), but management changed their policy without notice. I’ve now cancelled my membership. It’s hard to bike in the snow, and Edge aren’t interested in supporting athletes that compete for the USA team only their bottom line.

I love this gym. Everyone is friendly and so helpful. I have made amazing gains with my personal trainer. Its a well kept gym and despite being busy sometimes it never feels overwhelming. The classes are great. I'm glad I joined 5 months ago, it changed my life. My trainer Jamir is one of one.

The Gym: 24/7 365. On top of that, it is staffed. Just that alone is worth 5 stars, but we aren't done. The equipment is excellent and tailored to heavy lifters as well as new comers. I feel comfortable benching 405 on their benches and squatting in their heavy racks. My wife feels comfortable in all of the machines and on top of that has a female only section when she wants to do her own thing. There is a full Olympic pool that is open into the later hours on weekdays and weekends. It is a large gym that suits many needs including mine as a power lifter. Gym is also very clean, has water bottle filling stations, lockers for gym bags, hand sanitizer stations, massage chairs, tanning and more! I had an issue where I was accidentally signed up for 2 memberships, and the manager Dom was right on it. He called me from his cell phone and handled the issue above and beyond what a normal manager would. I had to give him a shout out in this review, so that when you read this you know that the manager cares about his members! By far they put the other 24hr. clubs to shame, and with a manager and staff that takes care of its members, I highly recommend Giant Voorhees

This used to be a great gym but now has poor airflow. They have rooms that don’t have working AC in the summer heat. But I can look past this the thing that gets me is they have so many damn customers. I mean a lot of folks use giant fitness especially since nearby there is no other gym so they kinda run the show but to let it go this much is just pure ignorance. The men’s bathroom upstairs has a urinal that won’t flush and the piss has sat there for so long that the urinal is rusting, yes the white urinal is rusting and the piss just sits there stinking up the whole damn place. The equipment is good because the members actually take care of it so you can tell they have good people coming here but it blows my mind they won’t fix some of the stuff. Also the water fountains have the worlds worst water pressure but the faucets have good pressure so that means the filters in the water fountains must be backed up and need changing. I mean come on how hard is it to change a 10$ filter for your customers. They are focused on changing floor tiles on the first floor which is nice but it feels like a band aid for the real problems.

They advertise childcare but have no dedicated daycare staff. When you do arrive and need daycare, it seems like an inconvenience. You go in and wait anywhere from 1min -10 min for someone to arrive to provide the childcare. The morning crew is a woman named Christine and man named Gerald. No issues with the gentleman, he’s always been kind and respectful, but Christine clearly doesn’t want to be there. She is passive aggressive, disrespectful and rude. I’m going to assume she has no kids therefore doesn’t understand typical child development or how to interact with children. She doesn't communicate well with adults either! She’s very rude and unprofessional. When on the phone with the owner, she became a different person. The one upside is they are 24/7 which a lot of gyms in the area are not. Otherwise, you can get a cleaner facility, with newer machines, better amenities and same pricing, elsewhere. I didn’t utilize the 24/7 portion of it very much, I typically go within regular gym hours, so I will be taking my business back to Edge!

Not only is the staff rude and unprofessional… Their clients are too. They sit in their cars at night, blasting their music. I’m assuming that none of them have jobs or kids because they just don’t give a damn that they are way past the noise ordinance in this town. They forget that they are in our neighborhood… Not the other way around. I’ll be very glad when this goes out of business.

Update: Also since I've been visiting the gym I have been a nuisance to the front desk, constantly asking for and borrowing equipment. I appreciate how friendly the lady and the gentleman are. They do their best to help me out and I couldn't be more grateful considering how often they have to deal with me. After experiencing other gyms. I can honestly say. This was one of the least abusive I've dealt with. Whenever I'm in the area I sign up here. There's two months lead up for canceling subscription. So if you want to make sure it ends at the time you want it to end. Just make sure you plan for it. In the building, I've only been in the areas with gym equipment. I have not seen the conditions of the locker rooms, pool, or the areas where they hold the martial arts training. So just speaking to that, it's pretty clean. Equipment is mostly always in the place it should be. Not too difficult to find things. And most people here will wipe down the benches on their own. Also, Adrian (I believe is the custodian) is the man! It's rare to see someone work so hard on their own. Truly motivating for me when I'm in the gym lifting and I see this guy working. A little uncomfortable cause it makes me confront my own short comings but it only helps me grow. He's mad friendly and it seriously lifts my day saying hi to this guy before I go back out into the world to take ish (google won't let me curse) on. I tried LA Fitness in the area on RT73. It was seriously a huge let down. You would think the place would be adequate. But looks are deceiving. The facility is mostly nice. But the place is constantly a mess and literally people will leave their sweat slop all over the benches. Biggest issue was with their sales manager. The guy messed up bad and tried to make me feel guilty and ashamed so he wouldn't have to feel bad about the situation. Seriously emotionally manipulative. If you have to sign up there. Avoid Steve the sales manager at all cost. Otherwise save yourself the trouble and just come to Giant. Sort of though. Cause it gets crowded here. So i would like it to not be as crowded. But I would rather it be crowded here than people go somewhere else where they could possibly get mistreated.

I’ve been a member of Perfect Fitness for 3 months now. This is my new home away from home. They have so much to offer! The classes are amazing and the instructors and staff are very knowledgeable & helpful. You get everything in one place. Yoga, massage, dance classes, strength training, boxing, a sauna, smoothie bar, golf, cycling, etc. way more than I can list. And the cleanest fitness facility you will ever step foot in!

I absolutely love Perfect Fitness! They offer such a wide variety of great classes, and cycling even has its own room. It's huge! Every instructor is wonderful, they use top of the line equipment, the whole place is immaculate, and the amenities are amazing too. (I've tried the sauna and the snack bar, but there's a ton more) Perfect Fitness offers so much in a friendly environment where you're treated like family. You have to check it out! I've tried so many gyms in the past, but this one is truly enjoyable.

I love the classes at Perfect Fitness. Ive had gym memberships and trainers for over 20 years and nothing compares to the classes here and the trainers. Tammy, the owner, is an awesome instructor. She gives you modifications for every exercise so you have no excuse not to try a class. If you haven’t checked out a free class yet at Perfect Fitness in Voorhees (next to Dooney’s Pub) you are missing out.

Can’t say enough good things about this fitness studio. So many great classes & endless amenities!! The state of the art spin room is amazing! The shock absorbent flooring in the group fitness room has been a complete game changer! And the smoothie bar is fabulous! So many to choose from. My favorite is the white chocolate mocha! Definitely come check it out for yourself!!
