Instead of reading reviews, go into the gym and you will notice the bathrooms are unkempt and smell horrible, the gym equipment stays broken and is not ever updated. This gym also likes to charge people twice in one month and hires incompetent employees such as Baylon who is completely unhelpful. I gave him an opportunity to resolve the issue and he decided to refuse to do anything about it. I am not surprised this place runs through employees. It went downhill after Wesley Juncker left and others followed him out the door. He clearly made the right decision in leaving this poor excuse of a gym. If you need a gym worth going to, there are multiple in the area who not only hire competent and helpful employees but have a clean gym with equipment that doesn’t stay broken and will not overcharge your account. Most of their 5 star reviews are from them begging people to leave them however, visit this location and you will see it is not worth your time. This gym will be hearing from my attorney regarding the wrongful charge twice in one month. You are better off going to anytime fitness for a good 24/7 gym or any of the other gyms who know what they are doing. Just visit this location and you will understand this is not just a disgruntled member review but the gym and its staff are incompetent at the Suwanee location

Baylon helped me get my account set up super easy and quick. I've been using workout anytime for years now and by far its my favorite gym. Super chill not crowded and always have access to free weights and whatever machines I want.

The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and stocked with a great variety of equipment, so there’s never a wait, even during peak hours. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping members reach their goals. The 24/7 access is a huge plus for my busy schedule, allowing me to work out whenever it’s convenient. Personal training options and the Hydromassage are added bonuses that make this gym a cut above the rest. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient, high-quality workout spot in Suwanee!

I had the chance to speak with Rick about hitting my fitness goals and what I can do to get the results I want to see. Rick was very knowledgeable and provided me with great insights on how to hit all of my goals. While I wasn’t able to get started training with him at this time I genuinely appreciate him taking the time to talk with me and listening to all of my questions. If anyone is looking for a great personal trainer I highly recommend Rick Miles.

You can always rely on the facility being clean and the equipment well taken care of. Management is top notch and doing a fantastic job hiring qualified trainers. Not like the other gyms that I've been to where they look like they could barely bench press a pretzel rod. Looking forward to my first session with Rick. Time to finally get in shape.

Comes here whenever I have the chance to. Really like the gym because it's nice and often kept in good condition. I had a trainer– Nick and I absolutely had a fantastic time working out with him. He was friendly and helpful. Nice gym and staff, definitely recommend!

Bought a 1 week pass as was here on business. Great hours, staff was fantastic, very large assortment of equipement, and the gym is not super busy during the typical rush (5-7) and (4-6). Definitely recommend trying it out!

Been going to this Facility since it open, great staff and personal training with Joen Vazquez is top notch. He is also my Sons personal trainer. The personal attention he gives is outstanding. The biggest takeaway is the gym atmosphere is very tranquil and clean!!

Gym equipments broken and never fixed. Their open times are very limited. It was a pain to try to cancel and despite the lack of equipment and other issues they ended up charging me more than what was already said to cancel. The staff is incredibly nice, but there is little to no point in going here when other gyms can provide much more.

I highly recommend this gym. I have tried many different ones and this is the only one that I feel the most comfortable going to. The people are super friendly and helpful and it isn't a huge gym like others, which I prefer, but they have so much to offer. I feel comfortable letting my 16 yr old son go and workout with friends there without worry that anyone will hassle them. To get ready for lacrosse season we also paid for the personal training for my son and myself and were quite happy with the service. Nick was our trainer and he was friendly, helpful and a good motivator.☺️ When I would do a session and anything hurt he was always good about modifying the session with exercises and stretching to help alleviate the pain. The cost for membership is great and the personal training cost was pricey, but still a lot cheaper than any of the other gyms that we got quotes from. I feel we got alot out of what we paid for. It was definitely worth it to have Nick teach both my son and I how to use the equipment probably and how to get the most out of our workouts.

No Excuse CrossFit has it all! The nice big gym size, to all the equipments. Varies time schedules, while each daily classes has its own challenges. Coaches are all so professional and caring. They guide you if you are needing help with form so you don’t get hurt. Also Coach Brandon will check in on you personally if you ever need anything. I recommend everyone to No Excuse CrossFit! I’ve been a member at No Excuses since March 2023. I learned of the gym from another member who has been attending for years. I’ve tried many different workout regiments and gyms but this was my first time trying CrossFit. This has been by far the most effective at achieving my goals. Not only do I feel physically fit but I look physically fit. It’s the type of gym where everyone knows everyone. The coaches are great and the workouts are challenging. We also have external events, challenges, a parties. If you are serious about meeting your fitness goals, I recommend No Excuses.

I had been looking at CrossFit for years but never joined one as it seemed a bit out of my range of high intensity routines, I am more of a hike, yoga, tennis, and gym activities person but I was always wanted to try it. I finally joined No Excuses CrossFit very close to my home, as a way to strengthen my heart health. It was way beyond my comfort zone yet well within my need to try something new and challenging. This place is awesome! The owner Brandon and his instructors are great, my fav is Chris, he is very knowledgeable and motivating to the edge. The community and the members are awesome and supportive and really welcoming. If you are a CrossFit type or not, if I can do it so can you. Try it for 3 months! There is only to gain better health and testing the limits of your endurance. You may not be a Spartan in body but if you are a Spartan at heart, go for it. I’ve been going to this CrossFit gym for a few months and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The members are very friendly and welcoming, making it easy to feel at home even as a newer member. The gym itself is clean, well-organized, and spacious—plenty of room for all kinds of CrossFit movements, including those that require bigger equipment like barbells for power cleans and deadlifts. The owner is not only friendly and knowledgeable but also actively involved in the gym, personally leading the WODs, which really sets this place apart. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping members improve. He has over 100+ videos online which should help with your CrossFit journey. The equipment is in great condition, and I’ve always had what I needed for my workouts. Overall, it’s a fantastic environment for anyone looking to feel better, get stronger, stay motivated, and be part of a supportive gym. Highly recommend this gym to anyone interested in CrossFit!
