Best Gyms with Cardio Machines near Stoughton, Massachusetts

Been actively going here since February, and it has been great. The gym is always clean and the staff is very friendly.

I didn't want to post pictures of anybody besides myself; but it's very nice inside. The equipment is always clean and in good shape, the locker rooms and showers are roomy and washed well, and the people there are helpful and kind. It's a great place for anybody to improve themselves.

I love this gym location. I go early in the morning between 6:30 and 7 am. The people are great and the staff is nice. No one bothers you, you can do your workouts in peace, and it's not crowded at that time.

was in my tanning room and coworker that just sent me there came in while i was getting dressed, and anyways i left. knock before coming in lil bro 😒

I had the pleasure of working with Michael at elite health physical therapy. I came in with a injury that had limited my movement a lot. Through his guidance, his professionalism, and his great attitude I was able to come back, and I feel stronger than I’ve ever been. I attributed to him. He was very supportive, mindful of my difficulties, and was able to push in a very subtle way so I could come back and recuperate. Michael is a great asset for this place. Everyone else has been very nice, but I highly recommend Michael.

I went to Elite Fitness Stoughton MA for Physical Therapy treatment. Shawn was the gentleman assign to work on my injury. After my second session with Shawn I start feeling well. Talking to Shawn, he was friendly, polite and professional. I asked him some questions about the gym, I did a walk around after one of my session. I was so impressed with the facility, I had my wife did an official tour with me two days later. We were members at another gym for over a decade, we cancel our membership and join Elite Fitness. Thank you Shawn. We are now members of Elite Fitness. I will also will be recommending all my colleagues who need physical therapy to come see Shawn.

I cannot say enough regarding how helpful Rachael at the front desk has been being a new member Rachael is always available to answer any questions regarding getting acquainted all the amenities the Elite Fitness has to offer. The whole management team at Elite are second to none! Also have to mention Kelsey, and Bill at the front for always being available.

I recently completed PT for a full knee replacement. My therapist was Kaitlyn McDonald, whom I highly recommend. We have a four plus decade age gap. She is super fit and strong and I am neither. Happily, we both believe that we were a compatible and successful team. I feel lucky to have been assigned to Kaitlyn. I was apprehensive about starting PT because I was still in a lot of pain, three weeks post surgery. Kaitlyn made our objectives clear in the first session, particularly regarding the amount of work I needed to do in the first three weeks to avoid scar tissue buildup. Her advice was daunting, to put it mildly, but we agreed that I.did not go through this trauma to end up with a bad result, just because I let it happen. I decided to trust young Kaitlyn’s experience and advice, and worked hard to complete each exercise in person and at home. My progress was slow but steady. I found Kaitlyn to be an encouraging and invested partner in my recovery. She is positive, very good at her job, and I enjoyed working with her for 26 sessions.
