new renovations are neat. been a member here for 3 years. i havent been here since before the summer but prior to now i would have rated this place a 3. now id give it a 4.5, but it seems they deserve to be rounded up. old, broken equipment has been mostly fixed, they added saunas to the locker rooms, and added a lot of room so this place doesnt seem as busy. i like it

Such a shame, "just like that" the Stanhope location is canceling classes at the last minute. ALONG with firing and cutting hours of their most experienced and loyal instructors. No explanations. We all feel like we're being punished...? Bring back our classes.

I faced immense disrespect from the manager Laura. I was very taken aback by her behavior, she was acting fresh with me and my whole family and just overall rude. Laura, please stop acting like you’re above everyone and maybe consider working out at your own gym.

Great environment, Owners and coaches are very humble and extremely encouraging! Doesn’t matter what you think you can or can’t do, they will have a work out set to each individual. I’m 36 this is my first time joining any type of gym. Only regret is, I wish I had started sooner ! If your thinking about it, do it

I have been a member of Stronger Together Byram since 2020 and these 3 years I learned so much about myself and my abilities as well as I have improved my skills, endurance and flexibility. Coaches at Stronger Together Byram are very knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. They always find a way to make something work even if someone has limited abilities. This is the best gym! I glad I took a first step and tried a free class-after that i was sore😜 but so excited and ready for a new adventure!

STFB has been the best gym community I have ever been a part of! Every member is always encouraging and the coaches always ensure we are putting out best effort in. I love my gym family and couldn’t imagine ever leaving. There is no other gym that can give me the same end results ❤️

In 2022 I was completing Ultra Spartans, Triathalons, and just generally feeling awesome about life. January 2023 I had my shoulder rebuilt. Going in the conversation was 90 day recovery. Easy peasy. The actual recovery took a year and still to this day I’m not 100%. The problem was during those initial winter days of healing I didn’t surround myself with the right people. I started feeling sorry for myself and ultimately wound up taking a bath in the tears of my own self pity. By the time I snapped out of it I had convinced myself this was it. Dad life as social media presents it. I wound up sleeping poorly, gaining weight, loosing my strength and conditioning and generally feeling like garbage. Some days better than others, but never like I used to be. This last 2 years! In November of 24 I weighed myself and my heart sank. More importantly the image I saw in the mirror wasn’t the person I wanted to see. Sure physically, but more importantly the stature. I had reached my lifetime high weight and felt the worst I’ve felt in half a decade. I reached out to Strong Together Byram and Coach Alyssa helped me figure out if CrossFit was the right thing for me. Today I am officially down 12lbs, half way to my racing weight and more importantly feel clear, sharp and ready for action. We are meant to move, and today’s world seems to fight that a lot. I encourage anyone who isn’t feeling like their best version to raise their hand. We owe it to ourselves, our teams, and our families. Don’t let the narrative win. Take a walk, join a gym, find a group of people who have similar goals, and rule your own world! Have a great day!
