Best Gyms with Cardio Machines near South-plainfield, New-jersey

Very rude staff some of their members I think need to get checked out because it seems like they are bipolar and have temper tantrums and are very racist I am definitely changing locations after the experience that I just had at this location. Lady was very rude and screaming at me for no reason I don’t know if she’s a manager or what she is but she should be fired. never did I ever get treated like this from anyone at any kind of business for literally no reason the lady started screaming at me as I went to sign in because my husband was helping me, she started screaming at me and throwing me out. And telling me I have an attitude because she asked to, and I told her my name is Alex, I don’t know if she was having a bad day or whatever the reason is, but she needs help and should not be at the front desk or around people she was screaming in the gym and being a nuisance. All the people around was looking and laughing at her. She was acting as a complete animal I am in shock right now. Being Treated like this is not worth the $30 membership. She started throwing me and my husband out. I asked her what is your problem and she said you are the problem. I do not know this Lady calling her Lady is actually being too nice because she did not act like a lady or have any manners or know how to treat people, I even told her this is not how to treat customers, but she did not care and continue screaming at me but I will not ever enter this location again, and I don’t think anyone ever should from the way that they treat members and people it is really ridiculous. Do not waste your time going here go to another location no matter how far it is from you.

Update- Broken Equipment-My experience has been degraded. Initially I was really impressed but now facing lot of issues specially with poorly maintained equipment. More than 50% of trade mills are out of service. Very limited bench press. Long waiting to get good and working equipment. Reported my issues multiple times to staff and trainer but no outcome. Tried reaching out manager/ owner but I was told he/she is not available. We get good response on good reviews but would see how my concerns are addressed. Previous Review Still Valid but Disappointed with Broken Equipment: Neat and clean. Well maintained. Staffs are nice. Prime location. Free locker , shower available.

Since they have many branches, they also offer the opportunity to go to other branches. There is always someone at the reception to welcome you. There are paid machines inside where you can buy drinks. They also have an area where you can sit and drink coffee. There are enough machines and weights to exercise, but when it is crowded in the evening, it may be necessary to wait in line. What I like the most is the cleanliness of the locker rooms. The cabinets are a little small, but the inside is clean and neat. Sinks, toilets and showers are well-maintained and cleaned constantly. they did two 12 and 30 minute study sessions for beginners. There are officers who constantly clean the machines and weights. I think that there can be teachers who will help those who do sports at certain hours in the hall. There is a massage room at the exit of the salon. After doing sports, you can use the armchairs and beds free of charge to relax and have a massage. they allow your friends to come and do sports in the gym 3 times free of charge.

Great space and clean establishment. The machines are slightly different from other locations but still does the same work. The only thing I didn’t like is the person at the front desk kept emphasizing that the massage chairs were just for black members which I know since I’ve been a black card member for many years now.

Visiting from South Florida and this was a nice location to workout at. Plenty of smith machines (about 5 I think) along with other machines and weights. Location was also well kept and staff seemed friendly. I only felt comfortable taking pics from the Abs room.
