Jack and Alyssa have by far made this the best experience I’ve had at any planet fitness. Super sweet and helpful team, even helped explain new things to me :)

I travel all over the US for work and this is by far the cleanest and most organised PF I’ve been to. I had a great interaction with MEL an employee there than made my overall experience that much better. Highly recommend if you're considering this gym.

Exceptional service from Lewis and Jake. These two gentlemen provided information about handling my membership and answered questions that I had since I’m from out of state. I was able to have success because of their help. Truly appreciate them

The worst gym ever!!! Very poor management… I started with a $25 all inclusive membership and cancelled it because they have older tanning beds and massage chairs, I didn’t like those. When I switched to a $15 membership, they charged me $30 instead of $15, because they weren’t able to process the payment through autopay on time and then they did it in a couple of days with the late fee through autopay without letting me know!!! Scammers. I would rather go to a more expensive gym with more equipment and space than this MINI gym.

This is a great planet fitness location. Clean and new equipment. Certainly worth the $10 monthly membership fee!

Probably the largest Planet Fitness in the Triangle area (I have been to about 4-5 of them). I have been a member of Planet Fitness for almost 8 years, and I use their facility whenever I travel out of state as well. This location comes with mostly new equipments, very clean and the vibe is awesome. Great location, just off of Louisburg Rd

The staff are welcoming, alert, and diligent. There's always someone cleaning. The locker rooms are well ventilated and smell fresh without being overly saturated with chemicals. The hydromassage beds are great. Equipment is in very good condition. The few times I've noticed equipment out of service, they have been fast to make proper repairs.

The staff are friendly and courteous. I appreciate when they greet me when walking in and wish me a good evening when walking out. The facility is clean and the paper towel dispensers/disinfectant (at least I hope it is) spray bottles are typically kept filled and scattered throughout the gym, so it's convenient to wipe the machines down before and after use.

(update added a star for new hack squat machine) Great price, decent gym. Really tired of people talking on their phones or other people while sitting on gym equipment though. Note to manager: your trainers need better training. They're going to cause injuries for out of shape people with the exercises that are being given to people. New people to weight lifting should be given very light and basic compound exercises.

You wanna earn that fifth star? Start setting the Lunk Alarm off on people who just sit on machines and text the entire time. Your machine selection is pretty sparse when it comes to actual good machines and these bookends just sit and text/doom scroll.
