We are really loving D1! We are new to the program and both our boys ages 14 and 11 are engaged and really want to train and be at the facility. As parents we are impressed with the training and everyone is super nice and helpful. The facility is very impressive.

D1 in Deerfield Beach is a game-changer! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The trainers here are top-notch, providing personalized attention and expert guidance every step of the way. D1 is a great place to join and to become a member at their facility. My coach name is Ashley. What I like about Ashley’s approach is that the adult workout is simple but effective and challenging. This formula has allowed me to torched calories while maintaining and building lean muscles mass. I noticing that I am getting stronger mentally and physically. I was looking for a gym that was challenging but also focused on good form. After having gone to surrounding gyms, I was sold on D1. At first I was intimidated by their pictures since they also have programs for serious athletes, but once I joined I realized there were people there who had my same goals and were at my level of fitness. The coaches are amazing. Maddy leans on her exercise science degree and is extremely knowledgeable about how your body should work and modifications. Then you have Luke who is amazing for mobility training. He will make sure you not only lose weight and get stronger but don’t move like a robot after lol. Last but not least is Joe. He will make sure you don’t feel like you’ve wasted your time by coming. He makes sure every second is filled with challenging exercises that force you to (safely) push yourself to your max. Overall I’m extremely happy with this choice and I can honestly say I love working out here.

Came to D1 for adults circuit training. It is a large facility that is clean, great energy, professional and knowledgeable staff. Can't wait to meet my fitness goals with the help of the awesome trainers (Ashley, Brittany, Carlos, Madison and always a smile and encouragement from other staff and trainers).

This was hard. I have never left a 1 star review, although, as a business owner myself I feel obligated. I hope also to inspire the employees as a gym is all about self development. The facility is amazing and they are always upgrading machines and equipment & much more. The staff seem under trained immature and incompetent at handling simple matters. Overall, they are unprofessional, lazy, carry poor attitudes and customer service. Been coming to this gym since 2019. I left because everyday I came in motivated and left feeling down.

6am A/C is been off since I got in at 5am... they NEVER keep A/C at temperature requiered by health department... They always have an excuse, is not working or whatever story they want to feed you... No A/C than gym should not be open...

Always clean with friendly staff. It’s a nice place to work out, everyone has to move, experts say, at least 30 minutes a day! Its easy to do here and it’s a clean no hassle fitness center. The monthly rates are ridiculously cheap . There is a small admin fee ...check it out you won’t be disappointed!

The roof has been leaking for two months. The gym needs to be updated. The mats are disgusting, old equipment, and it’s pretty dirty and funky it there.

The current owners of the You Fit chain don’t seem to care about the facility or the members. You have to wonder if the people in charge ever heard of the show Undercover Boss. If they had perhaps they should try that here at the Sample Rd and Federal Highway location. The TV’s on the cardio has been broken for well over a month. The roof leaks. That’s just two things. I will be calling ABC Fitness and getting my auto renewal cancelled. This is a business that’s run like it’s side gig or a hobby. This is the place you come if you can afford any place else. This group of gyms started out as Planet Fitness they should try and hold themselves to the same standard that Planet Fitness does. There is no perfect health club they all have issues and I understand that. What we have here is a total lack of respect for the club at this location and its members. There is no plan, no communication except to purchase PT here. This business just is poorly run and hasn’t had any substantial upgrades in years.

Excellent gym, provides all that you need to gain results. Competitive prices with local surrounding gym, perfect atmosphere and no excessive crowds that just talk and on their phones. Gym temperature is good, no overwhelming areas that are cold. Plenty of cardio equipment, machines and free weights. No over crowded times.

Joy has amazing customer service! What a pleasure meeting such a genuine person. Brandon at the front desk is always courteous and remembers my name. Mitch the owner has a great team and should be proud of his brand. This is a real bodybuilder gym that has real weights. If fitness is your passion and you are serious about taking it to the next level then come to this gym. There are some many other things that they offer including protein shakes and bars. They offer personal training and the machines are always cleaned by joy with her disinfectant. I love the lounge area and the the effort that went into keeping it clean. My favorite gym this far. Joy and Brandon deserves a raise or paid vacation. What an amazing job they do for the brand.

This is not Planet Fitness, but anyone will feel welcomed. It is more serious than PF, where I came from. These are more athletes than your casual dad hitting the tread mill every other week. For me, it was exactly what I wanted.

Very nice gym with well maintained equipment. Some pretty unique machines here too, like neck machine, lat pullover, multi-angle forearm, etc. Staff will fix issues if you point them out, and theres a pretty good community feel to the place. Not as "clean" as a big brand place, it has some character. Definitely recommend.

While I just had to cancel my membership due to moving, I just wanted to take the time to say that the 2 years that I had been going to Athletic factor were great! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The other gym goers were always friendly and approachable. Everyone there was in great shape and were focused. I never felt as though I was going in and not getting a serious workout in. Being exposed to the military training environment, I find it hard to see that in a lot of places nowadays where it seems as though people are more focused on selfies rather than the actual workout. That being said, people of all skill levels were present and the environment was very welcoming! I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a great smaller gym. Thank you so very much for an incredible 2 years!
