The gym is great the sales pitches are terrible! 600$ a month for personal trainer is insane! I give the gym 5* I give the guy who kept talking after I said no 3x to his sales pitch 0* sorry bro no means no and you should know that when someone is trying to run out the door shut the f up and accept you didn't get the sale. Would have loved to work with Theresa she seemed smart. But 150$ an hr for a trainer at a gym seems insane. Wish there was a better option close to my house.

I love this gym have been coming for many years. It’s busy for a reason, it’s nice. If you don’t like people come before or after main rush. Only problem I’ve ever had is a stolen set of car keys off of the cubby in front of the men’s bathroom. This is my mistake for leaving them out but I would recommend never leaving anything you don’t want stolen on the black cubby when you walk in.

I really love this gym, and the equipment BUT it’s just so busy and the equipment (ESPECIALLY the free weights) are always in use. I want the gym to be as easy as possible and when I can’t access the equipment I need for my workout it makes me not want to go. They need to build more locations ASAP because I’m so close to finding a new gym unfortunately.

This is a great gym! Only a member for 5 months but enjoy the upstairs cardio area and the 4 new reclined bikes. They are excellent. Clean gym and nice upgraded Locker room. Friendly and helpful crew. Only issues are lack of having extra leg extension and curl machines. Many people get on these machines and "camp out" doing numerous sets while playing with their phones in between sets. Frustrating in that I have asked to work in but the usual answer is "I'll be done in a bit...just a few more sets". I have an auto immune disease that limits my endurance and strength so i need to get in and out of the gym in expedient fashion to preserve my daily limited output. Besides this issue it is a great place to work out.

I went to “axiom” now villa sports for 3 years before asking to cancel my membership due to moving to a different city. They told me they’d cancel it after basically begging me to continue the membership. They kept charging my card after they “cancelled” my membership so I had my bank block the charges. A few months later, they sent a bill to collections due to me “not paying my membership” It was a nice gym and I enjoyed the equipment and personal trainers, but I lost all good feelings about this gym after this incident now that my credit may be affected.

I have active and fit direct so I can join any gym they affiliate with (come June 1st 24 active and fit direct won't let you join any gym anymore just to update on this portion), . I've tried Crunch, Axiom, Idaho fitness factory, planet fitness (hey I had to try it) and anytime fitness. This one blows them all out of the water. They have innovative equipment and cable attachments a well equipped functional area and the atmosphere is awesome. Hesitant about the review because it usually not very busy but the owner is an awesome dude who just wants to have the best gym for everyone. Get off the couch and check it out that body is meant to me moving!!!

This gym has been my home for a few years now. The trainers are so friendly and willing to help! I have anxiety with gyms and this being a smaller gym, everyone is friendly, never over crowded, 24/7 access it has made it easy to go! My son has recently started strongman classes here and is in love with it!

This gym is exactly what I was looking for! The people here are super friendly and I feel like a part of a family that cares. At big chain gyms, I always felt like people were staring/judging and it couldn't be more different here at Iron Body. The owner Joe is such great guy and loves to help out whenever you need advice on any lifts.

This has been my home gym for over a year. The coaches and other members are extremely welcome and kind. The owners continually are getting new equipment to make this an even better experience. Every time I come in I see my coach. Even on the days I'm not working with her she is available for questions and support. I love it here. ❤️

I started coming here a couple months ago when my trainer moved to this gym. I have only been to big box gyms and this is probably the best experience with a gym i have ever had. You hear everyone motivating each other all the time which never a something i have seen at a gym before. Such a great place and the owners are super friendly! You can find dumbbells and a trap bar at any gym but can’t always find positive energy as well as welcoming members and trainers like you do here :) 10/10 recommend

I travel a lot. This is the primary reason why I keep an anytime fitness membership. I don't always have access to a shower, and being able to stop in at any location nationwide for a low monthly fee saves a lot of money. I have utilized many anytime fitness locations across the country for this purpose without any problems or complaints. So imagine my shock and disgust when I find a posted notice in the shower room denying me this service which I pay for simply because I do not have the time for a workout that day. Shame on management.

Love this gym and it really is like a family. Out of all the AF's we have been too, this is the cleanest and most well taken care off. The owners are usually around on a daily basis and are constantly replenishing the towels, laundering and folding them, vacuuming and doing all the maintenance to the facility themselves. Their phone number is clearly posted, and if at anytime there are issues or maybe even a machine that may appear or is broken, they can easily be reached at that number. The place is kept extremely clean. There are so many different types of people that come to this particular AF: bodybuilders, people maintaining, people just starting out and of all different ages. I really do have to comment on some of the low star reviews. The parking lot is extremely safe from what I have seen. So there are no overnight campers just hanging out, so i'm thankful for that; and it is not a gym where you walk around throwing dumbbells and barbells around, so that's a pleasure too. If you're into tearing your tank tops off and snorting while throwing barbells across the room, please find someplace else. The owners have zero tolerance for people arguing and misbehaving, and I have personally seen it handled by the owners. Yes, there are times that may be busy, so you will just need to learn to modify your workouts, but with the room they have, I'm not sure how they can change things up. It's not like you can add a second story or expand into the parking lot. So a comment from one member as to "what are you gonna do about it?" seems unfair and unreasonable. Is the owner supposed to kick people out? No; use your words and ask if you can work in or modify your workouts until the machine or rack is free. Here is what I've been doing recently. If someone is working out on a machine you want next, I just nicely, walk over, have a conversation to please get my attention before they leave the machine and that seems to work just fine. Comon people, use your words.

I have been a member for 2 years now! Super friendly environment and I will never leave this gym as long as I am in Meridian. I did some personal training with the owner of the gym and his program increased my bench press max by 30 lbs in 12 weeks after being stuck on that same max for a year. Great gym and great training.

I have had such a great experience at this gym. The equipment is always clean and it has everything I need to workout with. The owners make it even better, Rick and Jaclyn are so personable and welcoming. They have so much knowledge about training and supplements that really helped me along in my fitness journey. I paid for a personal trainer who was able to give me workouts that met my personal fitness goals, and Rick and Jaclyn ensured I was getting everything I wanted out of that. I am sad to have to move on to a new gym as we move out of state.
