This gym is literally 3.5 miles from my house. So it is very convenient to go to. Tons of free weights and dumbbells that range from 5lbs to 170lbs. Two of every machine, many treadmills as well as a stairclimber. Multiple machines for an ab workout. Very clean and reasonable membership fees.

I got a day pass one day went to gym everything was fine but the next day I came back and the janitor kicked me out when I asked for a day pass. Fire him and his ponytail

I love this gym. Great environment for physical improvement. The patrons are very friendly and courteous. Some equipment is old but you’ll still get results.

Pretty much what you would expect from a local gym, so no real surprises here. As I've said before, it's the people that make the real difference in the business we frequent. The staff that I've encountered at Hopwood Fitness are top notch. They do a great job and are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The gym is clean, pretty well laid out with literally tons of equipment for you to use. There's enough space here that it never really feels uncomfortably crowded like some other gyms I've been to.
